ภาพวินิจฉัยทางรังสีวิทยาในโควิด-19

Abstract

          โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่าชนิดใหม่ (COVID-19) เป็นโรคอุบัติใหม่ที่มีการระบาดเป็นวงกว้างทั่วโลก ผู้ติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่านี้ส่วนใหญ่มีอาการทางระบบทางเดินหายใจ ภาพวินิจฉัยทางรังสีวิทยาทั้ง ภาพรังสีทรวงอก (Chest Radiograph) และภาพเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ (Computed Tomography) จึงมีบทบาทสำคัญ บทความนี้ได้ทบทวนข้อบ่งชี้หรือการเลือกใช้เครื่องมือทางรังสีวิทยาและความผิดปกติที่พบได้ในภาพวินิจฉัยต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง           A novel corona virus disease (COVID-19) is an emerging disease that spreads widely and rapidly. Most of the patients present with respiratory tract symptoms. Thus imaging either chest radiograph or computed tomography of the chest has an important role. This article reviewed the indication or choice of imaging, and presented the imaging abnormalities that can be found in this disease.
