Artistic Features of Kunming’s Modern Folk Paintings

Abstract

          From the perspective of subject matter, modeling composition, shade of colors and painting style, this paper explores into the artistic features of Kunming’s modern folk paintings in its full development, namely folk culture image in painting subjects, perfection-oriented concept to image modeling, liberal choice of color, and innocent and unstrained painting styles for decoration.
