การเล่าเรื่องและสื่อความหมายของภาพยนตร์เอเชียตะวันออกที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการล้างแค้น

Abstract

          การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาโครงสร้างการเล่าเรื่องและลักษณะการใช้ภาษาภาพยนตร์เพื่อสื่อความหมาย รวมถึงทัศนคติของผู้ชมต่อภาพยนตร์เอเชียตะวันออกที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการล้างแค้นโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Textual Analysis) ภาพยนตร์เอเชียตะวันออกที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการล้างแค้นในช่วงปี 1999-2011 จำนวน 12 เรื่องอันได้แก่ Confession of pain (2006), Vengeance (2009), Reign of assassins (2010), Punished (2011), Sympathy for Mr. vengeance (2002), Old boy (2003), Sympathy for lady vengeance (2005), I Saw the Devil (2010), Audition (2002), The Neighbor No.13 (2005), Sasori (2008) และ Confession (2010) ประกอบกับการใช้วิธีการสำรวจ (survey Research) ทัศนคติของผู้ชมโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 150 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางงด้านภาพยนตร์ จำนวน 3 ท่าน          ผลการศึกษาพบว่า          1. โครงสร้างการเล่าเรื่องของภาพยนตร์เอเชียตะวันออกที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการล้างแค้นมีลักษณะตัวละครเอกเผชิญปัญหาส่งผลให้มีความรู้สึกโกรธแค้น และแสดงออกโดยการล้างแค้นเพื่อต้องการจะแก้ไขปัญหา หลังจากนั้นเรื่องราวก็จะคลี่คลายลงหลังจากที่ตัวละครนั้นได้รับผลเสียจากการล้างแค้นหรือมองเห็นทางออกของการให้อภัย          2. ลักษณะการใช้ภาษาภาพยนตร์เพื่อส่อความหมาย ในรูปแบบองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพและเสียง มีลักษณะการสื่อความหมายดังนี้ใช้องค์ประกอบการถ่ายภาพยนตร์ เช่น มุมกล้อง ขนาดของภาพ การเคลื่อนกล้องเพื่อนำเสนอลักษณะของตัวละคร ชะตากรรมของตัวละคร มีการย้อนให้เห็นถึงอดีตที่เป็นปมปัญหาทำให้ตัวละครลุกขึ้นมาล้างแค้นโดยการ Flash back ภาพในอดีต การใช้เทคนิคตัดต่อคัทสั้นเพื่อเน้นเล่าเรื่องให้ตื่นเต้นน่าติดตาม สำหรับฉาก แสงและเงา รวมถึงใช้สีในภาพยนตร์ มักสะท้อนถึงลักษณะความผิดปกติของตัวละคร การปิดบังซ่อนเร้น นำเสนอด้านมืดของตัวละคร และองค์ประกอบทางด้านเสียง มักใช้เสียงบทสนทนาหรือเสียงเพลงประกอบ อธิบายชีวิตของตัวละคร ณ ขณะนั้น ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่มักเป็นช่วงที่ตัวละครตกอยู่ภาวะปัญหา โดยสรุปแล้วองค์ประกอบทั้งหมดดังที่กล่าวมาแล้วแต่ผูกโยงไปสู่แก่นของเรื่องที่ต้องการให้เห็นถึงโทษที่เกิดจากความแค้น          3. ทัศนคติต่อผู้ชมต่อภาพยนตร์เอเชียตะวันออกที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการล้างแค้นพบว่าภาพยนตร์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ถูกเลือกเพื่อทำการสำรวจโดยแบบสอบถามทั้ง 3 เรื่อง สามารถสร้างการรับรู้ของกลุ่มเป้าหมายไปในเกณฑ์ที่ดี หมายถึงผู้ชมมีความเข้าใจในสิ่งที่ผู้สร้างต้องการสื่อสารหรือถ่ายทอดถึงในเกณฑ์ที่ดี สอดคล้องตามผลวิเคราะห์ที่ได้จากการศึกษาในส่วนของการเล่าเรื่องและสื่อความหมายในภาพยนตร์           The objectives of this research are to analyse the narrative structure, the use of Film language for convey meaning. Also, Surveying attitude of audience with the 12 East-Asian movie with the theme of vengeance the method employed in this study is using textual analysis with the movie during 1999-2011, composed of : Confession of pain (2006), Vengeance (2009), Reign of assassins (2010), Punished (2011), Sympathy for Mr. vengeance (2002), Old boy (2003), Sympathy for lady vengeance (2005), I Saw the Devil (2010), Audition (2002), The Neighbor No.13 (2005), Sasori (2008) and Confession (2010). There also survey audience’s attitudes by exploring 150 questionnaires and interview with 3 expertise in the film area.          The results of research are as follow:          1. The narrative of the film in East Asia with a vengeance is about a main character facing a problem, resulting in a feeling of anger and expressed by a vengeance to solve the problem. The story is unwinding after a character has a negative effect of revenge or finds a way out by oblivion.          2. The sort of Film language for convey meaning is ; in cinema photography element (sample: camera angles, shot size, camera movement) represent the characteristic and predestination of the character. Moreover, Using “Flash back” for represent backward to a past-problem incidence results to vengeance and use shot cutting in editing element for emotional. Also, mysterious and dark side of character will be represent by set dressing. Through, audio-visual elements, mostly use dialogue and music represent the moment that the character in climax problem. All of the above relate to theme of vengeance that represent the negative effect or bad result of vengeance on the character.          3. From the survey sample group. The perception of this audiences on selected 3 vengeance East Asian’s film have found that they have created awareness and good understanding of what the creators want to communicate or convey. Accordance with the analytical results obtained from studies of narrative and meaning convey of the movie.
