การออกแบบบล็อกผนังเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาด้วยเรื่องราวจากทะเล

Abstract

    งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษและออกแบบบล็อกผนังเครื่องเคลือบดินเผา ด้วยเรื่องราวจากทะเล ซึ่งการออกแบบได้แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือการออกแบบรูปทรงและการออกแบบลวดลายของบล็อกผนัง เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการประดับตกแต่งอาคารภายในและภายนอก เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศและสามารถนำไปผลิตในเชิงอุตสาหกรรมได้จริงโดยเป็นการนำเอารูผร่าง รูปทรงของเกมส์เตริส หรือเกมส์ตัวต่อ และลักษณะเด่นบางประการของเปลือกหอยมาออกแบบร่วมกัน โดยคำนึงถึงขั้นตอนและหลักการออกแบบกระบวนการผลิตประโยชน์ใช้สอยในการตกแต่งอาคารบ้านเรือนในปัจจุบันและความสวยงามเพื่อให้ได้ผลงานที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง      ผลการออกแบบพบว่าสามารถออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์บล็อกผนังเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาจำนวน 7 ชิ้นส่วน ได้แก่ รูปทรงสี่เหลี่ยมใหญ่ รูปทรงสี่เหลี่ยมเล็ก รูปทรงตัวแอล รูปทรงตัวแซล รูปทรงตัวไอรูปทรงสี่เหลี่ยมมุมฉากและรูปทรงตัวทีกลับหัว ซึ่งมีขนาดความหนาเท่านกันทุกชิ้นส่วน ใช้เนื้อดินสโตนแวร์และขึ้นรูปด้วยการหล่อกลวง เคลือบด้วยน้ำเคลือบใสใส่สารให้สี เผาที่อุณหภูมิ 1,200องศาเซลเซียส บรรยากาศออกซิเดชั่น และผลจากการสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์บล็อกผนัง พบว่าบล็อกผลังเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาที่ออกแบบในครั้งนี้ ช่วยเพิ่มบรรยากาศภายในอาคาร และนอกอาคารได้มากที่สุด ซึ่งสอดคล้องตามวัตถุประสงค์       This research aimed at studying and designing ceramic wall block with use of inspiring Sea episodes. The design regarding this comprised two parts : shape and tracery designs of the ceramic wall blocks for interior and exterior decorations of a building to enhance the atmosphere, as well as to apply for real industrial production.       The design for a ceramic wall block with inspiring sea episodes was an application of the formsand the shapes of Tetis game, as well as some outstanding characteristics of shll. They both were jointly designed for the well blocks with considerations on procedures and principles for the designs, process, and application for the building decorations at present. The designs also considered usefuliness in terms of functions and beauty so that the actual outcome of the work could be used and fulfilled the set objectives.       The findings revealed that seven pieces of ceramic wall block could be designed, which were: the big rectangular shape, the small rectangular shape, the L shape, the Z shape, the I shape, the right angle square shape, and the reversed T shape. All of which had the same size with the use of stoneware clay starting with hollow casting. Than, they were enameled with clear liquid and added with color pigments. After that 1,200 degree Celsius with oxidation atmosphere was adopted and used as the temperature and the atmosphere for burning the wall blocks. With regard to the questionnaire responses on customers’ satisfaction, it showed that the ceramic wall blocks produced in this research help enhance the atmosphere both inside and outside a building complying with the set objectives.
