Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาเรือฉุกเฉินสำหรับผู้ประสบอุทกภัย สำหรับประชาชนที่ประสบกับปัญหาภัยน้ำท่วมนำไปใช้เป็นพาหนะในการเดินทางในชีวิตประจำวันได้เป็นปกติในช่วงที่น้ำท่วม และเมื่อน้ำลดลงสู่ภาวะปกติ ตัวเรือนั้นสามารถถอดแยกชิ้นส่วนเพื่อนำไปเก็บไว้ใช้ในสภาวะน้ำท่วมในครั้งต่อไปได้ การวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการศึกษาและพัฒนาเรือฉุกเฉินสำหรับผู้ประสบอุทกภัย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาเรือฉุกเฉินสำหรับผู้ประสบอุทกภัยและเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพเรือ ฉุกเฉินสำหรับผู้ประสบอุทกภัย โดยใช้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบจำนวน 3 ท่านทำการประเมินด้านการออกแบบ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านโครงสร้างและวิศวกรรม จำนวน 3 ท่าน ทำการประเมินด้านคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์หัวข้อที่ 1 เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาเรือฉุกเฉินสำหรับผู้ประสบ อุทกภัย พบว่า ผลของการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบ อยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย (average = 4.67) จากผลการวิจัยผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลและการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลไปใช้ในการสร้างเรือต้นแบบ เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพเรือฉุกเฉินสำหรับผู้ประสบอุทกภัยต่อไป  The purpose of the research was to study and develop an emergency boat for flood victims.
