สำรวจความคิดเห็นเพื่อการบริหารพื้นที่การเรียนการสอนศิลปะในคณะศิลปกรรมสาขาวิชาออกแบบ กรณีศึกษาวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาชลบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) การศึกษาประโยชน์ใช้สอยของอาคารเรียน คณะศิลปกรรมสาขาวิชาออกแบบ ตามคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ 10 ประการ ได้แก่ มีความเพียงพอ มีความเหมาะสมความปลอดภัย มีสุขลักษณะระยะทางที่ใช้ติดต่อและใช้สอย มีความยืดหยุ่น มีประสิทธิภาพมีความประหยัด สามารถขยับขยายได้ มีรูปร่างที่สวยงาม (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูและนักเรียนต่อประโยชน์ใช้สอยของอาคารเรียนตามคุณลักษณะ (3) เพื่อนำผลการศึกษาไปพัฒนาและปรับปรุงอาคารเรียนตามคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยครูที่สอนในคณะศิลปกรรมจำนวน 8 ท่าน นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) 1 ถึง 3 สาขาออกแบบ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาชลบุรี จำนวน 116 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ลักษณะที่เป็นการเลือกตอบ แบบประเมินค่า และแบบปลายเปิดการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการวิจัยใช้โปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสำเร็จรูป spss ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความเห็นคิดในภาพรวมเรื่องสำรวจความคิดเห็นเพื่อการบริทารพื้นที่การเรียนการสอนศิลปะ ในคณะศิลปกรรมสาขาวิชาออกแบบ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาชลบุรี กรณีศึกษาวิทยาลัย อาชีวศึกษาชลบุรี เกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ใช้สอยของอาคารสถานที่ตามคุณลักษณะ 10 ประการ โดยครูมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ระดับปานกลาง ถึง มาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 3.34 - 4.10 ส่วนนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 2.98 - 3.32 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครู และนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ใช้สอยตามคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของอาคารสถานที่ 10 ประการ มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่เมื่อพิจารณาบางข้อ พบว่าความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ 1. ความสามารถในการยืดหยุ่น 2. การประหยัด ส่วนข้ออื่นมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ  The purposes of this research were: (1) to investigate the utilization of the building of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, in the program of Designing, on the basis of 10 desirable characteristics, namely sufficiency, suitability, safety, sanitary, contacting and utilizing distance, flexibility, efficiency, expandability, and beautiful appearance; (2) to compare the opinions of teachers and students towards the desirable characteristics of the building utilization; and (3) to apply the study results to develop and improve the building according to the desirable characteristics. The samples consisted of eight teachers teaching the subject of Values of Arts, and 116 students at the lower vocational education level, (Por Wor Chor) 1-3, majoring in Designing, at Chonburi Vocational College.  An open-ended, rating-scale questionnaire was employed as an instrument for collecting the data. The data was analyzed by the SPSS program. The findings revealed as follows. 1. The teachers' and students' opinions, as a whale, towards the instructional area management in the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, in case of Designing program of Chonburi Vocational College. on basis of the 10 desirable characteristics, were rated from a moderate to high level, with the mean score between 3.34-4.10 for the teachers and between 2.98-3.32 for the students. 2. When comparing between the teachers' and the student's opinions towards the utilization of the building on the basis of the 10 desirable characteristics, no significant differences were found at the level of .50. However, when considering each particular aspect, there were significant differences (p<.50) only in the aspects of flexibility and economy.
