การศึกษาแนวทางการลดต้นทุนการเลี้ยงปลานิลในกระชัง กรณีศึกษากระชังปลานิลในจังหวัดมหาสารคาม

Abstract

          การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนการเลี้ยงปลาในกระชังของกิจการและต้นทุนการเลี้ยงปลาในกระชังตามแบบจำลองสถานการณ์การลดต้นทุน ด้วยการใช้อาหารสัตว์แทนอาหารเม็ดสำเร็จรูป โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เลี้ยงปลา 3 กิจการ ได้แก่ กิจการที่ 1 ผู้เลี้ยงปลา 50 กระชัง กิจการที่ 2 ผู้เลี้ยงปลา 30 กระชัง และกิจการที่ 3 ผู้เลี้ยงปลา 20 กระชัง และข้อมูลทุติยภูมิเพื่อคำนวณต้นทุนการเลี้ยงปลาตามกระบวนการเลี้ยงปลา 2 กระบวนการหลัก ได้แก่ กระบวนการสร้างโครงแพและกระชัง และกระบวนการเลี้ยงปลา ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การเลี้ยงปลาขนาด 100-200 กรัม และการเลี้ยงปลาขนาดตลาดผลการศึกษา พบว่า ต้นทุนการเลี้ยงปลาด้วยอาหารสัตว์ของทั้งสองกิจกรรมการเลี้ยงต่ำกว่าต้นทุนการเลี้ยงปลาด้วยอาหารเม็ดสำเร็จรูป ในกิจกรรมการเลี้ยงปลาขนาด 100-200 กรัม ต้นทุนการเลี้ยงด้วยอาหารเม็ดสำเร็จรูปของกิจการที่ 1 กิจการ 2 และกิจการที่ 3 ดังนี้ 348,000 บาท/50 กระชัง, 204,600 บาท/30 กระชัง และ 93,600 บาท/20 กระชัง ตามลำดับ ซึ่งการเลี้ยงปลาด้วยอาหารสัตว์ทำให้ต้นทุนการเลี้ยง ลดลงร้อยละ 38.82, 42.42, และ 34.21 ตามลาดับ ในกิจกรรมการเลี้ยงปลาขนาดตลาดต้นทุนการเลี้ยง ด้วยอาหารเม็ดสำเร็จรูปของกิจการที่ 1 กิจการ 2 และกิจการที่ 3 ดังนี้ 1,344,000 บาท/50 กระชัง369,600 บาท/30 กระชัง และ 280,800 บาท/20 กระชัง ตามลำดับ การเลี้ยงปลาด้วยอาหารสัตว์ทำให้ต้นทุนลดลงร้อยละ 40.14, 39.31, และ 34.33 ตามลำดับ           The objective of this study was to compare the cost of fish farming in cages as practiced by businesses to the cost of fish farming in cages based on a cost reduction model which uses animal feed instead of fish pellets. Three fish farmers were interviewed, namely, the first enterprise (50 cages), the second enterprise (30 cages), and the third enterprise (20 cages). Secondary data was collected for cost calculation. The cost of fish farming is divided into two main processes: cages building and two periods of fish farming including fishes of 100-200 grams of size and market-sized fish. The results showed that the cost of feeding with animal feed during the two periods of fish farming was lower than the cost of feeding with fish pellets. In the period of farming fishes of 100-200 grams of size, cost of feeding with fish pellets of enterprise 1, enterprise 2, and enterprise 3 were 348,000 baht/50 cages, 204,600 baht/30 cages, and 93,600 baht/20 cages, respectively. While, feeding with animal feed decreased the cost by 38.82 percent, 42.42 percent, 34.21 percent, respectively. In the period of farming market-sized fish, cost of feeding with fish pellets of enterprise 1, enterprise 2, and enterprise 3 were 1,344,000 baht/50 cages, 369,600 baht/30 cages, and 280,800 baht/20 cages, respectively. While, feeding with animal feed decreased the cost by 40.14 percent, 39.31 percent,34.33 percent, respectively.
