ผลกระทบด้านเศรษฐกิจจากการท่องเที่ยวในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน เกาะพิทักษ์ จังหวัดชุมพร

Abstract

          งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบด้านเศรษฐกิจจากการท่องเที่ยว และเสนอแนะแนวทางจัดการด้านเศรษฐกิจจากการท่องเที่ยวให้อยู่ในปริมาณที่เหมาะสมไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่แหล่งท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนเกาะพิทักษ์ จังหวัดชุมพร ใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม การ ประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ แบบสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 36 ชุด และแบบสอบถามนักท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 400 ชุด วิเคราะห์ผลแบบบรรยายเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติวิเคราะห์การถดถอย ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดย ทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าตามข้อคำถาม ผลการศึกษา พบว่าสถานการณ์ทางการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนมี การขยายตัวทางเศรษฐกิจ นักท่องเที่ยวมีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.94) โดยเฉพาะการ ต้อนรับและการให้บริการ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.18) ขณะที่ชุมชนมีผลกระทบต่อการลงทุนและการดำรงชีพด้านบวก  (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 0.54) โดยรับรู้ว่ามีกำไรในการดำเนินธุรกิจในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.06) มีรายจ่ายหมุนเวียนในชุมชน (ร้อยละ 58.17) มีเงินออม และความสัมพันธ์ในครัวเรือนดีขึ้น (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 1.03) และ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 1.14) และมีผลกระทบด้านลบ เช่น การเปลี่ยนมือที่ดิน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = -.43) การแข่งขันทางราคา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = -.06) และหนี้สิน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 0.03) และจากผลการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่ายด้านเศรษฐกิจเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ คือความสุขในชุมชน = 4.016 + (0.977)กำไร + (0.744)เงินออม + (- 0.967) หนี้สิน แสดงให้เห็นว่าการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนมีทั้งผลกระทบด้านบวกและด้านลบ หรือส่วนใหญ่มีผลกระทบในระดับปานกลาง ดังนั้น แนวทางการพัฒนาควรติดตามผลกระทบที่มีแนวโน้มรุนแรง และสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพในการแข่งขัน รวมถึงกำหนดมาตรการบริหารจัดการที่ลดความขัดแย้งและสงครามราคา เช่น การกำหนดจุดคุ้มทุน การกระจายตัวของนักท่องเที่ยวให้เหมาะกับบ้านพักและสร้างกลไกความร่วมมือให้เจ้าของบ้านพักโฮมสเตย์ในการทำอาหารรับรองนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเยือนในลักษณะกลุ่มใหญ่ร่วมกัน           This research aims to evaluate the economic impacts of tourism at Koh Phithak local community, and proposes the tourism development process in appropriate amount in order to conform to the Koh Phithak community context. This research employs Participatory Action Research (PAR) as a research method, which consists of workshops, 36 interview forms, and 400 questionnaires for tourist. The data was examined by descriptive analysis and statistic regression analysis, and had content validity checked under Cronbach's alpha coefficient test. The results show that the community’s tourism circumstances have economic expansion. Tourists are totally satisfied in high level (average= 3.94), especially in hospitality and service (average = 4.18). Meanwhile, the community’s impact of investment and subsistence is positive (average = 0.54), which people in community realize that they have moderately business profit (average = 3.06), current expenses (58.17%), savings (average = 1.03), and better family relations (average = 1.14). On the other hand, negative impact is found, which consists of land owner exchange (average = -.43), price competition (average = -.06), and debt (average = 0.03).          The results from simple regression analysis of economy can be written in forecasting equation that: happiness in community is 4.016 + (0.977) profit + (0.744) savings + (- 0.967) debt. This equation shows that there are both positive and negative effects in community-based tourism at Koh Phithak. Therefore, the tourism development process should be composed of serious effect tendency tracking and value-added creation of community-based tourism location for competitive potential increase. Inclusively, the measure of management should be specified in order to decrease confliction and price war, for instance break-even determination, tourist expansion in appropriate homestay, and the creation of cooperative mechanisms between homestay’s owners in meals preparation for large number of tourists.
