รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ที่พึงประสงค์ เพื่อรองรับโครงการพัฒนาระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method) ระหว่างวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ(Quantitative Research) และวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ที่พึงประสงค์เพื่อรองรับโครงการพัฒนาระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก โดยมีดำเนินการเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาคุณลักษณะช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ที่พึงประสงค์ (Need Assessment) ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ที่พึงประสงค์ (Design) และระยะที่ 3 ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ที่พึงประสงค์ (Pilot Study) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็นคุณลักษณะช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ที่พึงประสงค์ของสถานประกอบการเพื่อรองรับโครงการพัฒนาระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก ซึ่งเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (average) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าความถี่ (ƒ)          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า          1. ระดับความต้องการจำเป็นคุณลักษณะช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ที่พึงประสงค์เพื่อรองรับโครงการพัฒนาระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างหัวหน้าช่างอุตสาหกรรมในสถานประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมี จำนวน 150 คน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าความต้องการจำเป็นเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพด้านพฤติกรรมอุตสาหกรรม และด้านทักษะการใช้ชีวิต ตามลำดับ โดยงานวิจัยนี้มุ่งพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ที่พึงประสงค์ เพื่อรองรับโครงการพัฒนาระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก เฉพาะด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้าน คุณธรรมจริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ          2. รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ที่พึงประสงค์ เพื่อรองรับโครงการพัฒนาระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก ประกอบด้วย “คู่มือการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์4 ช่าง...สร้างอนาคต ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ สำหรับผู้จบการศึกษาช่างอุตสาหกรรม (กลุ่มปิโตรเคมี) ระดับอาชีวศึกษา” ประกอบด้วย 4 หน่วย ได้แก่ หน่วยที่ 1 :ช่าง...รักดี มีคำสอนของพ่อ หน่วยที่ 2 : ช่าง...ร่วมทำ นำองค์กร หน่วยที่ 3 : ช่าง...เรียนรู้ ครูต้นแบบ และหน่วยที่ 4 : ช่าง...สร้างสรรค์ หลักธรรมประจำใจ 3. ผลการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาฯ พบว่า นักศึกษาช่างอุตสาหกรรม วิทยาลัยเทคนิคระยอง แผนกวิชาปิโตรเคมี ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ชั้นปีที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 26 คน มีระดับความพึงพอใจในเชิงประจักษ์ สอดคล้องและมีความเหมาะสม เป็นไปได้           This research is a Mixed-Method research between Quantitative Research and Qualitative Research with the objectives to study and develop The Development of Model for Desirable Characteristic of Industrial Vocation (Petrochemical Cluster) to serve Eastern Economic Corridor Development (EEC). This research was conducted in 3 stages, Stage-1 (Need Assessment): To study the Desirable Characteristic of Industrial Vocation (Petrochemical Cluster), Stage-2 (Design): To develop The Development of Model for Desirable Characteristic of Industrial Vocation (Petrochemical Cluster) and Stage-3 (Pilot Study): To study the result of using The Development of Model for Desirable Characteristic of Industrial Vocation (Petrochemical Cluster) to serve Eastern Economic Corridor Development (EEC) with the rating scale of 5 levels, and In-depth Interview form, Statistics used in this research are percentage, mean (average), standard deviation (SD) and frequency value (ƒ).          The research results show that          1. The necessary requirement level of characteristic of Desirable Characteristic of Industrial Vocation (Petrochemical Cluster) to serve Eastern Economic Corridor Development (EEC) for 150 people after consideration in each category with the highest mean, in descending order, the first 3 orders are in the field of Virtues, Ethics, and Occupation Ethics, in the field of Industry behavior, and in the field Lifestyle skills, respectively. In which this research aims at The Development of Model for Desirable Characteristic of Industrial Vocation (Petrochemical Cluster) to serve Eastern Economic Corridor Development (EEC) in a particular field that has the necessary highest mean, which is in the field of Virtues, Ethics, and Occupation Ethics.            2. The Development of Model for Desirable Characteristic of Industrial Vocation (Petrochemical Cluster) to serve Eastern Economic Corridor Development (EEC) consist of “The Develop of Desirable Characteristic of 4 Vocations guidebook …Future building, in the field of Virtues, Ethics, and Occupation Ethics for Industrial Vocation (Petrochemical Cluster), Vocational Level” composed of 4 units which are Unit 1: Vocation…Desired to be good, Having the King’s teachings, Unit 2: Vocation…Collaboration, Leading organization, Unit 3: Vocation...Learning, A model teacher, Unit 4: Vocation…Creative, To keep virtue philosophy in one mind.          3. Result from using the model, it is founded that, Industrial Vocational student from Rayong Technical College, Petrochemical Department, 2nd year Higher Vocational Study, Academic year of 2018, of 26 students, have the satisfactory level in empirically, concordantly, and appropriately/being possible.
