Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) สำรวจความคิดเห็นของบันฑิตที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในสาขาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาในด้านหลักสูตร วิธีสอน การประเมินผลของอาจารย์ อุปกรณ์การสอนและระยะเวลาในการศึกษา 2) เพื่อประเมินผลการฎิบัติงานของบันฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ที่สำเร็จการศึกษา ระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2533-2541 มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ตามความเห็นของผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือนายจ้างและผู้ร่วมงานของบันฑิต การดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ออกแบบเครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม 3) แบบสอบถามสำหรับผู้ร่วมงานของบันฑิต ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความคิดเห็นของบันฑิตที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในสาขาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาในด้านหลักสูตร ควรมีหลายวิชาเอก วิธีสอนควรเน้นการปฏิบัติให้มากกว่านี้ การประเมินผลของอาจารย์ ควรประเมินผลการเรียนเป็นกลางมากกว่าที่ผ่านมา และอาจารย์ทุกคนควรช่วยกันกำหนดแผนการสอนและประเมินผลให้สอดคล้องกับอุปกรณ์การสอน ควรมีเครื่องมือให้ปฎิบัติมากกว่านี้ควรมีอุปกรณ์ใหม่ๆ ให้เรียนรู้ และระยะเวลาในการศึกษาพอดีแล้ว ผลการปฏิบัติงานของบันฑิตระดับมากในเรื่องปริมาณงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับบุคคลอื่นที่ปฎิบัติงานคล้ายคลึงกัน และผู้ร่วมงานของบัณฑิต ที่มีต่อการปฎิบัติงานของบันฑิตระดับมากในเรื่องความกล้าและเต็มใจที่จะรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการปฎิบัติงาน  The purpose of this research were 1.) survey opinion of under- graduates in academic management of educational technology and communications about curriculum instruction evaluation media and period of study 2.)  Examined the effectiveness of students' educational technology and communications; who finished in during 1990-1998 faculty of education, Naresuan University by opinion of chiefs officer and staffs. The procedure of survey used these instruments: - 1.) Questionnaires for under graduates 2.) Questionnaires for the chiefs or employees and 3.) Questionnaires for staffs The finding of follow up :- opinion of undergraduates in academic management in educational technology   and communications about curriculum had to open more programs, emphasized more performance in teaching and instructors had to investigate criteria evaluation by behavioral instruction and fairness more than later and instructors must cooperated to allow lesson plans and evaluation that relevance with instruction media and acquired more instruments and new learning media, for period of study. Was suitable. The effectiveness on doing of undergraduates by opinion of chiefs offices or employees in amount of assignment job when compared with others. Similarity were in better level. Staffs of undergraduates show that on preferment with during and willing to be responsible for damage consequence.
