การพัฒนาระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนงานแพทยศาสตรศึกษา กลุ่มงานศัลยกรรม โรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ          การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นกาวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนงานแพทยศาสตรศึกษา กลุ่มงานศัลยกรรม โรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี และประเมินระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนงานแพทยศาสตรศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ อาจารย์แพทย์ แพทย์ประจำบ้าน แพทย์เพิ่มพูนทักษะนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นนคลินิก และบุคลากรทางแพทยศาสตรศึกษา ในภาคเรียนที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2554 ได้มาโดวิธีการเลือกตามต้องการ จำนวน 62 คน          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า          1. ระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนงานแพทยศาสตรศึกษา กลุ่มงานศัลยกรรม โรงพยาบาลสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ อุบลราชธานี ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบหลัก 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ ระบบฐานข้อมูลด้านแพทยศาสตรศึกษาและระบบสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย มี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ (1) การศึกษาบริบทและสังเคราะห์ระบบ (2) การสร้างและประเมินแบบจำลองระบบ (3) การพัฒนาระบบ และ (4) การนำระบบไปใช้และการประเมินการใช้ระบบ          2. ผลการประเมนแบบจำลองระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนงานแพทยศาสตรศึกษาฯ จากความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในเกณฑ์ “เหมาะสมมากที่สุด”          3. อาจารย์แพทย์ แพทย์ประจำบ้าน แพทย์เพิ่มพูนทักษะ นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นคลินิกและบุคลากรทางแพทยศาสตรศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้ระบบอยู่ในเกณฑ์ “เห็นด้วยมาก” ABSTRACT          The objectives of this study were to develop of Instructional management System Medical Education for Surgery department of Sappasittiprasong hospital Ubonrachathani province and evaluation of the system. The sample use in this study were professors of surgery, medical resident, intern, clinical medical personnel education in the third semester of the 2011 academic year. There were selected through the purposive random sampling technique. The findings were as follow:          1. The Instructional management System medical Education for surgery department of Sappasittiprasong hospital Ubonrachathani province comprises has 2 components that medical education system and the supported of the medical education system. The system stage into four step: (1) analyzing and synthesis setting, (2) construct and testing prototype, (3) the development system, and (4) implementation and evaluation.          2. The Instructional management System Medical Education was rates by experts as “very appropriate”          3. The degree of opinions of the professors of surgery, medical resident, intern, clinical medical students and the medical personnel education who use of the system were rated “satisfied”
