ภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑลนครราชสีมา

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑล นครราชสีมา เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนคาทอลิก สังกัดฆมณฑลนครราชสีมาและเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑลนครราชสีมา ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑลนครราชสีมา จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 61 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 265 คน รวม ทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 326 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเป็นตามเกณฑ์ที่ผู้วิจัยกำหนดสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและสร้างสมการถดถอย เพื่อพยากรณ์ตัวแปรตามโดยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน         The objectives of this research were to study the level of servant leadership of administrator of Catholic schools under NakhonRatchasima Diocese, to study the level of excellenence of Catholic schools under NakhonRatchasima Diocese, and to study the servant leadership of administrator affecting the excellence of Catholic schools under NakhonRatchasima Diocese. The samples used in this study were 61 administrator and 265 teachers, including 326 persons in Catholic schools under the NakhonRatchasima Diocese. The instrument was the questionnaire rating scale with reliability coefficient based on criteria set by the researchers, The statistics using for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation by using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and created regression to predict the dependent variables by stepwise multiple regression analysis.
