การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3

Abstract

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 4) เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา จากการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ของบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3      กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูสอน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 จำนวน 327 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐา ค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน(Pearson Product-Moment Correlation) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)      ผลการวิจัย พบว่า     1. การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเด็ด เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก     2.ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก     3.การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01     4.การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้บริการสถานศึกษาด้านการตั้งเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ร่วมกัน ด้านการไว้วางใจกัน ด้านความยึดมั่นผูกพันสามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 ได้ โดยมีค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 58.10 เปอร์เซนต์      The purposes of this research were 1) to study the participatory management of adminstrators, 2) to study the effectiveness of the schools, 3) to determine the relationships between the participatory management of administrators and the effectiveness of the school, and 4) to constract the predictive equation of school effectiveness with study the participatory management of adminstrators under Roi-et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.     The sample comprised of 327 teachers in primary schools under Roi-et Primary Educattional Service Area Office 3. The instruments used in the study were a rating-scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.     The results were as follows:     1.The participatory management of adminstartors under Roi-et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 Was at the high level, as a overall and in each aspect.     2.The effectiveness of the school under Roi-et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at the high level, as a overall and in each aspect.     3.The relationships between the participatory management of administartors and the effectiveness of the school were positively significant correlated at 0.01 level.     4.The participatory management of administrators variables, setting goals and objectives together, Trust and commitment can explain the school effectiveness under Roi-et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 at 58.10 percent.
