ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนิสิต คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนิสิต คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นนิสิตหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต ชั้นปีสุดท้ายในแต่ละสาขา สังกัดคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวน 300 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบชั้นตามสัดส่วนของนิสิตในแต่ละสาขาวิชา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน ดังนี้ ตอนที่ 1 สอบถามภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนิสิต มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .28-.63 , ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .88 และตอนที่ 2 สอบถามปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียน ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว ปัจจัยด้านการเรียนการสอน และ ปัจจัยด้านสังคม สื่อสาธารณะ โดยปัจจัยแต่ละด้านมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .20-.77 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ระหว่าง .84 - .94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย , ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยแบบขั้นตอน          ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้          1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนิสิต คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก          2. ปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียน โดยตัวแปรเชาว์อารมณ์ (S_EQ) และตัวแปรแรงจูงใจ (S_MO) ปัจจัยด้านการเรียนการสอน โดยตัวแปรการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน (S_AT) และปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว โดยตัวแปรการเลี้ยงดูแบบประชาธิปไตยของผู้ปกครอง (S_DE) ร่วมกันส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนิสิต คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และสามารถพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนิสิต ได้ร้อยละ 67.90 (R2 = .679) แสดงสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานได้ ดังนี้           Z’ = .44(Z S_EQ) + .21(ZS_MO) + .15(ZS_AT) + .13(ZS_DE)             The purposes of this research were to investigate the factors affecting transformational leadership of the students of educational faculty in Burapha University. The samples were 300 students, theirs are studying on the highest of bachelor degree of Educational. Data were collected by the five point scale questionnaires, divided to 2 parts as, Part 1) about transformational leadership of students, There were item discriminate between .28-.63 and reliability was .88, and Part 2) about factors affecting transformational leadership of students, there were separated to 4 factors, Student factors, Family factors, Instruction factors, and Social and Public Media factors, there were the item power discriminate between .20-.77 and reliability were between .84 - .94. Data were analyzed by mean (X), Standard Deviation (SD), Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.         The results found that,         1. The transformational leadership of the students of educational faculty in Burapha University, the overall and each aspect were at high level.         2. The student factors were emotional quotient variable (S_EQ) and motivation variable (S_MO), the instruction factors was teaching- learning activity variable (S_AT), and the family factor was democracy take care variable (S_DE) affecting transformational leadership of students of educational faculty with statistically significant. (p<.05). There could predict the transformational leadership of students of educational faculty at 67.90 % (R2 = .679), and the equation of factors affecting the transformational leadership of students of educational faculty in Burapha University by standard score as followed, Z’ = .44(Z S_EQ) + .21(ZS_MO) + .15(ZS_AT) + .13(ZS_DE)
