Professional Development of Early Childhood Teachers

Abstract

บทความนี้นำเสนอพัฒนาการทางวิชาชีพครูปฐมวัย โดยมีรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดของบริบทตะวันตกซึ่งประกอบด้วย พัฒนาการทางวิชาชีพครู พัฒนาการทางวิชาชีพครูปฐมวัย และเงื่อนไขของการพัฒนาครู แนวคิดของบริบทไทยซึ่งประกอบด้วย พัฒนาการทางวิชาชีพครู พัฒนาการทางวิชาชีพครูปฐมวัยและเงื่อนไขของการพัฒนาครูปฐมวัย นอกจากนี้มีการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบแนวคิดพัฒนาการทางวิชาชีพครูปฐมวัยในบริบทตะวันตกและบริบทไทย การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบเงื่อนไขของการพัฒนาครูปฐมวัยในบริบทตะวันตกและบริบทไทย และการวิเคราะห์แนวคิดสู่การนำไปใช้พัฒนาครูปฐมวัย  This paper presented professional development of early childhood teachers including concept of western context: professional development of teachers, professional development of early childhood teachers, and conditions of develop teachers; concept of Thai context: professional development of teachers, professional development of early childhood teachers, and conditions of develop early childhood teachers; the comparison of professional development of early childhood teachers in western context with Thai context; the comparison of conditions of develop early childhood teachers in western context with Thai context; and  the analyzing concept to implementation of early childhood teachers developing.
