Abstract

จุดอ่อนที่ทำให้ข้อสอบแบบเลือกตอบมีความน่าเชื่อถือต่ำ อันจะนำไปสู่เกรดที่ขาดความน่าเชื่อถือ คือ ข้อสอบที่ง่าย ข้อสอบที่ยาก และข้อสอบที่มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกต่ำ ซึ่งมาจากข้อสอบที่มีโจทย์ไม่ชัดเจน จึงสามารถตีความได้ หลากหลายมุม จุดอ่อนดังกล่าวสามารถแก้ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบ เพราะการวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยเฉพาะการวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป จะทำให้ผู้ออกข้อสอบมีทักษะในการออกข้อสอบ และทราบวิธีการแก้จุดอ่อนของข้อสอบ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การจัดทำแบบทดสอบที่มีความน่าเชื่อสูง อันจะส่งผลให้การวัดและประเมิน ผลมีคุณภาพ มีความสมบูรณ์ และนำไปสู่ระบบการวัดและประเมินผลของสถาบันการ ศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพในที่สุด  The weakness of the multiple - choice test items which are less reliability is that the items are too tough or too simple while the items which have less discriminate power comes from the items that are easily interpreted in many different meanings. The weaknesses could be corrected by regularly conducting the item analysis using software package which will help examiners build up the skill to produce the high-quality test-items. Realizing the way to eliminate the weaknesses of the test-items will lead to high reliable test-items and, then, results in proper completeness for academic assessment.
