Competency based skills training lessons on nonlinear video editing for diploma degree office of the private education commission

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนฝึกทักษะแบบฐานสมรรถนะ เรื่องการ ตัดต่อวิดีโอแบบนอนลิเนียร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ โรงเรียนโปลีเทคนิคภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บทเรียนฝึกทักษะแบบฐานสมรรถนะ เรื่องการตัดต่อวิดีโอแบบนอนลิเนียร์ โดยใช้หลักทฤษฎี Competency Based Skills Training (CBSTP) ให้ผู้เรียนได้ศึกษาและฝึกปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการตัดต่อวิดีโอแบบนอนลิเนียร์ จำนวน 8 บทเรียน แต่ละบทเรียนประกอบด้วย ใบงานและวีดิทัศน์สาธิตการใช้โปรแกรม แบบประเมิน คุณภาพโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบบันทึกรายการความสามารถ เรื่องการตัดต่อวิดีโอแบบนอนลิเนียร์ ใช้เวลาในการทดลอง 12 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียน จากผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เข้ารับการฝึก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทเรียนฝึกทักษะแบบฐานสมรรถนะ เรื่องการตัดต่อวิดีโอแบบนอนลิเนียร์ มีระดับคุณภาพ ทั้งด้านเนื้อหาและด้านเทคนิคการผลิตสื่อ ซึ่งประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 6 ท่าน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก และร้อยละ 100 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินผลโดยเฉลี่ยได้คะแนนร้อยละ 89.95 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 ที่กำหนดไว้  The objectives of this research were to develop and determine the efficiency of the competency based skills training lessons on nonlinear video editing. Samples were 30 first-year Diploma students enrolling in the Computer Technology major at Northeastern Polytechnic School in Ubon Ratchathani province. Research instruments included 1) the developed CBST lessons with eight training units composed of job sheets and video demonstrating how to use the program, 2) the quality evaluation forms for both the content and media construction aspects, 3) the learning achievement test, and 4) the practical rating scales. Data were collected for 12 weeks and analyzed using computer program to determine its efficiency. Research results showed that 1) the qualities for both the content and the media construction aspects, evaluated by the six experts, of the developed CBST lessons on nonlinear video editing were in the very good level, and 2) all students (100 percent) passed the tests after finishing all training units in the developed CBST lessons with the average of 89.95 percent scores, which was higher than a criteria set of 80/80.
