The Causal Factors Influencing Using Computers to Education of Teachers Under the jurisdiction of Municipal School in Local Education Zone 10

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาของพนักงานครู 2) เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาของพนักงานครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ พนักงานครูเทศบาลแกนนำด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) จากโครงการความร่วมมือ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามกับเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 6 คน และพนักงานครูสังกัดโรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 10 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 1,052 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างประกอบด้วย 5 ประเด็น คือ 1) การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษา 2) การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง 3) การยอมรับนวัตกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ 4) แรงจูงใจในการทำงาน 5) ความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน และการใช้แบบวัดประกอบด้วย 5 ประเด็นเช่นเดียวกับ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เส้นทางแบบ Path Analysis with LISREL ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษา คือ การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพล ทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมต่อการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษา ได้แก่ การยอมรับนวัตกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ แรงจูงใจใน การทำงาน และความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน  2) โมเดลปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาของพนักงานครูสังกัดโรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 10 มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (X2= 229.51,df =231, p = 0.515) ดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.982 ดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.976 ดัชนีรากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของส่วนที่เหลือ (RMR) เท่ากับ 0.020 โดยโมเดลที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถอธิบาย ความแปรปรวนของการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาได้ ร้อยละ 62.10 (R2 = 621)  The purpose of this research were 1) to study the causal factors influencing using computers to education of teachers 2) to developed and test the validity of the causal factors model influencing on using computer to education of teachers. The sample used in this study is divided into two group: The Municipal teacher lead in information and communication technology (ICT) from cooperation project between Mahasarakham University and Muang Roi-Et Municipal in 2009 of 6 people selected by a Purposive sampling and the teachers at Municipal school in local Education Zone 10 in the second semester of academic year 2009 of 1052 people, gathered by Simple random sampling. Tools used in this study were two types: type 1, as a structured interview consists of five: 1) Using the computer based education of municipal teachers 2) Self- regulated learning 3) Acceptance of Computer Innovation 4) Achievement Motivation to work and 5) work satisfaction, Type 2, tests included the test of using computer based education, the test of self-regulated learning, the test of acceptance of computer innovation, the test of motivation to work and the test of work satisfaction  The results of the study were as follows: 1) A direct effect factor on using the computer-based education was Self-regulated learning. Direct and indirect effect factors on using the computer-based education were an acceptance of computer innovation, motivation to work and work satisfaction.  2) The Factor model affecting on using the computer - based education of teachers under the jurisdiction of Municipal School in Local Education Zone 10 corresponded to the empirical data (X2=229.51, df =231, p=0.515) Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) was 0.982 , Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) was 0.976, and Root Mean Square Residual (RMR) was 0.020. The developed model could explain the variance of using the computer - based education at 62.10 % (R2= .621).
