การศึกษาและพัฒนาสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม สำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม

A Study and Development of Group Counseling Competency for Teachers of Islamic Private Schools

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มและเปรียบเทียบ สมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง โดยแบ่งเป็นสองกลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มแรกเป็นครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จำนวน 211 คน เพื่อใช้ในการศึกษาองค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะ การให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม กลุ่มที่สองเป็นครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ที่มีคะแนนสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม ตั้งแต่เปอร์เซ็นไทล์ที่ 25 ลงมา จำนวน 9 คน เพื่อเข้าร่วมกลุ่มฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม พบว่า โมเดลสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ เจตคติต่อการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม การเป็นผู้นำกลุ่ม ความรู้การให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม และทักษะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม และองค์ประกอบย่อยของสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนา อิสลามประกอบด้วย 8 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้สึกที่มีต่อการให้คำปรึกษา ด้านความรู้สึกที่มีต่อผู้รับคำปรึกษา ด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้นำกลุ่ม ด้านบทบาทของผู้นำกลุ่ม ด้านความรู้ทฤษฎีการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม ด้านความรู้กระบวนการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม ด้านทักษะภาษาท่าทาง และด้านทักษะภาษาถ้อยคำ โมเดลสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มมีความเหมาะสมพอดีกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ มีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานอยู่ในเกณฑ์สูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และสามารถวัดองค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม สำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามได้  2. การพัฒนาสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม โดยใช้กลุ่มฝึกอบรม ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นเริ่มต้น ขั้นดำเนินการ และขั้นยุติ โดยประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎี และเทคนิคการฝึก อบรมและการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่ม มาพัฒนาสมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม 3. สมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามโดยรวม และรายองค์ประกอบ ของกลุ่มทดลองที่เข้าร่วมกลุ่มฝึกอบรม ก่อนเข้าร่วมกลุ่มฝึกอบรม หลังเข้าร่วมกลุ่มฝึกอบรม และสิ้นสุดการติดตามผลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แสดงว่ากลุ่มฝึกอบรมมีผลให้สมรรถนะการให้คำปรึกษากลุ่มสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเปลี่ยนแปลงในทางที่ดีขึ้น  The purposes of this study were to study group counseling competency components and to develop a group counseling competency of teachers in Islamic private schools. The subjects were teachers in Islamic private schools located in Bangkok and suburban. They were obtained by a purposive sampling method, and divided into two groups. The first group consisted of 211 teachers in the Islamic private schools, and they were representative of a group counseling competency components study. The second group included nine teachers in Islamic private schools, who had the group counseling competency scores at the 25th percentile and lower. This second group participated in the group counseling competency training group. The results of the study were as follows; 1. The confirmatory factor analysis significantly proved that the group counseling competency of teachers in the Islamic private schools could be characterized into four factors: attitude (s) towards group counseling, group leader, group counseling knowledge and group counseling skill. Those group counseling competency factors covered 8 areas: feeling of counseling approach, feeling of clients, leadership characters, leadership roles, group counseling theory knowledge, group counseling process knowledge, non-verbal skills, and verbal skills. The group counseling competency model was congruent with the empirical data. The factor loading of these four factors were high at the .05 level and they were found to be capable of measuring the group counseling factors components of the teachers in Islamic private schools.  2. The training group for developing a group counseling competency consisted of three stages: the initial stage, the working stage and the ending stage. The training group and group counseling theories and techniques were applied to develop the group counseling competency of the teachers in Islamic private schools.  3. Statistically significant differences in the total group counseling competency and each components of the group counseling competency of the experimental group were found to exist before and after participating in the training group and the follow up period at .05 level. The results of this study indicated that the group counseling competency training was a key factor in increasing positive changes in the group counseling competency group of the teachers of Islamic private schools.
