A Teacher Development Model of the Small-Sized Primary Schools Based on the Job Performance Standards of the Teachers's Council of Thailand

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็กตาม มาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของคุรุสภา โดยการศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการ สร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพ รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูฯ ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 33 คน จาก 6 โรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาชัยนาท และสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบเป็นแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมด้าน การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติของรูปแบบพัฒนาครูฯ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที่ รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูฯ ที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วย หลักการพัฒนา วัตถุประสงค์ หลักสูตรพัฒนาครู และกลไกและเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าครูที่เข้ารับการพัฒนาตามรูปแบบที่สร้างขึ้น มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจและสามารถจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ ได้ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาครูฯ ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับที่มีความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติมาก สามารถนำไปใช้ได้ด้วยความมั่นใจ  This research aim to develop the model for developing the small-sized primary school teachers based on the job performance standards of the Office of the Teachers' Council of Thailand. The steps of the research are studying the problems and requirements for developing the teachers, establishment and assessment of the development model. The number of sample group was 33 people from 6 small-sized primary schools under the supervision of the Office of Chai Nat Educational Service Area and the Office of SiSaket Area Zone 1. The instrument used for data collecting was the rating - scale questionnaire of performance and the probability work. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviations and paired t-test. The teachers' development model composed of the development principles, the objectives, the curriculum, and the development mechanisms and key of success factors. The major findings were: the teachers' knowledge in teaching and learning by integration process after attending the teachers' development model was improved, the evaluation of the teachers' development model by the experimental group revealed that most of the factors listed in the questionnaires are highly probable. The teachers' development model proposed in this research is efficiently used as teachers' development model of the small-sized primary schools based on the job performance standards of the Office of the Teachers' Council.
