The Performance of Contract Teachers under Chonburi Educational Service Area Office in Accordance with the Performance Standards

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติงานของครูจ้างสอน สังกัดสํานัก งานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ชลบุรี ตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูวิชาการ และครูจ้างสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจํานวน 238 คน จาก 3 สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน 12 มาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว  ผลการวิจัย การปฏิบัติงานของครูจ้างสอน ตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูวิชาการ และครูจ้างสอน จำแนกตาม สถานภาพ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ขนาดสถานศึกษา และสัญญาจ้าง พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติงานของครูจ้างสอนตามสถานภาพ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาขนาดสถานศึกษา และสัญญาจ้าง แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ  The purposes of this study were to study and compare the performance of contract teachers under the Chonburi Educational Service Area Offices in accordance with the performance standards as commented by school administrators, academic teachers and contract teachers. The number of sample group was 238 people from three Educational Service Area Offices in Chonburi Province. The instrument used for data collecting was a rating - scale questionnaire employing 12 criteria of performance standards. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviations, one-way ANOVA and t-test.  The major findings were as follows: 1. The performance of contract teachers under Chonburi Educational Service Area Offices in accordance with the performance standards commented by school administrators, academic teachers and contract teachers, classified by marital status, educational service area office, school size and contract was at a high level. 2. The comments of school administrators, academic teachers and contract teachers, in different Educational Service Area Offices, different school sizes and with different contracts were found to be not significantly different.
