The Spirituality of the Administrators in Prototype Schools

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้นแบบ โรงเรียนผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเครือข่าย โรงเรียนผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั่วไป และค้นหาคุณลักษณะทางจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารที่สามารถจำแนก ความเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้นแบบจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเครือข่าย และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั่วไป โดยมีตัวแปรที่ศึกษา คือ จิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหารด้านความรักความปรารถนาดี ด้านความจริงใจเสียสละ ด้านความสามารถทางปัญญา ด้านความเป็นผู้นํา และด้านแรงบันดาลใจ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา จำนวน 985 คน เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 93 คน ครูจำนวน 892 คน ในโรงเรียน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้นแบบ 31 โรงเรียน โรงเรียนผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเครือข่าย 31 โรงเรียน และโรงเรียนผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั่วไป 31 โรงเรียน ที่จัดการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานซึ่งตั้งอยู่ใน 25 จังหวัด ทั่วประเทศ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามการแสดงออกทางจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหาร 5 ด้าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) การเปรียบ เทียบค่าเฉลี่ย โดยใช้วิธี LSD และการวิเคราะห์จำแนกกลุ่ม (Discriminant Analysis) โดยวิธีแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise Method)  ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับจิตวิญญาณของผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวม ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้นแบบ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเครือข่าย และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับสูง และมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญของผู้บริหารด้านความรักความปรารถนาดี และด้านแรงบันดาลใจ สามารถจำแนกความเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้นแบบจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเครือข่าย และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั่วไปได้   The purposes of this research were to compare the levels of an administrator's spirituality in prototype schools network schools and general schools and to determine what spiritual characteristics that could classify successful administrators in pretotype schools from those in network schools and general schools. Five aspects of administrator's spirituality were under study: love and good wishes, sincerity and devotion, intelligence, leadership, and inspiration. The sample consisted of 985 persons: 93 administrators and 892 teachers working in 31 prototype schools, 31 network schools and 31 general schools, located in 25 provinces throughout the country. The instrument used for collecting data was a rating scale questionnaire on the five aspects of spirituality as mentored earlier. The statistical data analysis involved mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, LSD method, and discriminant analysis using the stepwise method.  The results of this study were as follows: the level of administrator's spirituality in the three types of schools as a whole appeared on a high level. When comparing the levels of the administrator’s spirituality in the three school types, it was found different at .001 significance level and took their. The spiritual characteristics that could clasaify the administrators in prototype schools from network schools and general schools were love and good wishes, and inspiration.
