Development of Activities to Enhance Responsibility and Discipline of Industrial Education Students

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเรื่องนี้ประกอบ ด้วย 1) สำรวจพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบและวินัยของนักศึกษาช่างอุตสาหกรรม 2) ออกแบบกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบและวินัย และ 3) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรม โดยดำเนินการวิจัยในวิทยาลัยเทคนิคกาญจนาภิเษกมหานคร ด้วยการสำรวจพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบและวินัยของนักศึกษาออกแบบกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบและวินัยของนักศึกษาและศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมด้วยการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง แบบเปรียบเทียบ 2 กลุ่ม ก่อนและหลังทดลอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบและวินัยของนักศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับพอใช้ เมื่อจำแนกนักศึกษาตามระดับพฤติกรรมแล้วพบว่า นักศึกษายังมีพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบและวินัย ในระดับควรปรับปรุงอยู่ร้อยละ 6.88 และ 9.27 ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างเร่งด่วน การออกแบบและพัฒนากิจกรรมดำเนินการตามข้อมูลการสำรวจพฤติกรรมที่ต้องเน้นพัฒนา ทั้งด้านความรับผิดชอบและวินัย โดยสร้างตามกรอบแนวคิดของผู้เชี่ยวชาญจนได้กิจกรรมที่หลากหลายรูปแบบจำนวน 11 กิจกรรม ส่วนการศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบและวินัยหลังทดลอง สูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบและวินัยระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมหลังทดลองพบว่า พฤติกรรม ความรับผิดชอบกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate the current situation of responsibility and discipline of industrial education students, 2) to design a set of activities enhancing their responsibility and discipline and 3) to study the efficiency of the designed set of activities. The research was conducted at Kachanaphisek Technical College Mahanakorn by surveying behaviors related to responsibility and discipline of the students, then designing a set of appropriate activities. A pretest-posttest nonrandomized experimental study was conducted. The findings were as follow: 1) the results of the survey indicated that a majority of students were not at a good level of responsibility and discipline, As a result, they should be improved urgently; 2) Eleven activities were deigned corresponding to the results of the survey; and 3) the responsibility and discipline of the experimental group were increased significantly at the.05 level. Moreover, the experiment group obtained higher score on responsibility than the control group. It could be concluded that the efficiency of the designed set of activities is aceeptable.
