ความคิดเห็นของนิสิตที่มีต่อการจัดการฝึกสอนของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ความคิดเห็น ความต้องการปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของนิสิตที่มีต่อการจัดการฝึกสอนของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2544 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ นิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่ออกฝึกสอนในคาคเรียนปลายปีการศึกษา 2544 จำนวน 252 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ที่ผู้วิจัย สร้างขึ้นจำนวน 1 ฉบับ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ว่า นิสิตส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่าการจัดการฝึกสอนของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ควรจัดในภาคต้นของปีการศึกษา โรงเรียนที่เป็นหน่วยฝึกสอนควรตั้งอยู่ในเขตเทศบาล เป็นโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ระดับการศึกษาที่เห็นว่าควรจัดให้ไปฝึกสอนมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ระดับมัธยมศึกษา สำหรับ ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการไปฝึกสอนนิสิตส่วนใหญ่ มีความเห็นว่า ได้ประโยชน์หลายประการ ได้แก่ ได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเขียนแผนการสอนและการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน รู้จักวางแผนในการปฏิบัติงาน มีความอดทนอดกลั้น สามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี มีเหตุผลในการตัดสินใจ แก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพครูเพิ่มขึ้น สำหรับในด้านความต้องการของนิสิต ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นิสิตส่วนใหญ่ต้องการได้รับข่าวสารที่รวดเร็วและชัดเจนจากทางมหาวิทยาลัย ต้องการให้โรงเรียนฝึกสอนจัดสวัสดิการด้านอาหารและที่พักให้ ต้องการให้อาจารย์นิเทศก์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์แนะนำเรื่องการเขียน แผนการสอนและการจัดการเรียนการสอนรวมทั้งแนวทางการแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้น และต้องการให้อาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงแนะนำเรื่องการเขียนเป็นการสอน สำหรับปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างฝึกสอน ได้แก่ ปัญหาการได้รับมอบหมาย วิชาให้สอนไม่ตรงกับสาขาวิชาเรียนมา ปัญหาไม่สามารถเขียนแผน การสอนได้ตามความต้องการของอาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงส่วนข้อเสนอแนะของนิสิต ได้แก่ ควรมีการตกลงระหว่างคณะศึกษาศาสตร์และโรงเรียน ถึงการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของนิสิตว่าครอบคลุมถึงเรื่องอะไรบ้าง เพราะบางโรงเรียนอาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงใช้งานมากเกินไป  The purposes of this research were to study students' opinion needs, problems, and suggestions on the management of student teaching practicum of the Faculty of Education, Burapha University. The samples were 252 forth year students of the Faculty of Education, Burapha University who had just finished the student teaching practicum in the second semester of academic year 2001. The instrument was a set of questionnaires. Percentage was employed to analyze the data. The results of this research addressed many interesting issues as follow:  First, Students preferred to have the student teaching practicum during the first semester at medium size secondary schools in municipal area, under the General Education Department.  Second, students had gained considerable amount of knowledge, skill, and had better attitude toward teaching professions. Third, students felt that they should be informed of update information from the university. Fourth, schools should provide lunch and accommodation for the students.  Fifth, Supervision on the writing of lesson plans and learning activities should be given to them from both university and school supervisors.  Furthermore, students had some problems during the practicum period. The problems were the teaching of nonmajor or minor subjects and not able to write a lesson plan to fit school supervisor style.  Finally, students suggested that the Faculty of Education and schools should make it clear about the duties of a student teacher.
