การศึกษาความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนิสิตปริญญาตรี คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา

A Study of Students Emotional Quotient (Eq), at the Faculty of Education, Burapha University

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำแนกตาม เพศ สายวิชาที่เรียน และชั้นปี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 - 4 ปีการศึกษา 2544 จำนวน 610 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบประเมินความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของกรมสุขภาพจิต กระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 52 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความ แปรปรวน แบบทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) และ t-test การทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ แบบ q-statistic ของนิวแมน คูลล์ (Newman-Keuls)  ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 1. นิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา มีองค์ประกอบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ด้านดี (ควบคุมตนเอง เห็นใจผู้อื่น รับผิดชอบ) ด้านเก่ง (มีแรงจูงใจ ตัดสินและแก้ปัญหา สัมพันธภาพ) และด้านสุข (ภูมิใจตนเอง พอใจชีวิต สุขสงบทางใจ) มีคะแนนอยู่ในช่วงเกณฑ์คะแนนปกติ และสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ปกติ 2. นิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เพศชาย และเพศหญิง มีองค์ประกอบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ด้านดี ด้านเก่ง และด้านสุข แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. นิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ สายศิลปศาสตร์และสายวิทยาศาสตร์ มีองค์ประกอบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ด้านดีด้านเก่งและด้านสุขแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. นิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ชั้นปีต่างกันมีองค์ประกอบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  The purpose of this research was to determine and compare emotional quotient (EQ) of the students of at the Faculty of Education, Burapha University by variables of sex, program of study and year class. The sample in this study composed of 610 students. The instrument was the Emotional Quotient Questionnaire form of the Mental Health Department the Ministry of Public Health. The data was analyzed by means of arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and q-statistic of Newman -Keuls. Results The major finding of this study were as follows:  1. The students of Faculty of Education, Burapha University showed emotional quotient at average level. They had above average scores in the categories: goodness, smartness, and happiness.  2. Emotional Quotient of students of the Faculty of Education between sex were found insignificantly different.  3. Emotional Quotient of students of the Faculty of Education in arts Program and science program were found insignificantly different.  4. Emotional Quotient of the students of – the Faculty of Education with different year class were found significantly different at .05 level.
