การตรวจทางอาชีวเวชศาสตร์กับการเฝ้าระวังสุขภาพ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ         การตรวจทางอาชีวเวชศาสตร์อาจแบ่งได้เป็น3 แบบ คือการตรวจเฝ้าระวังสิ่งแวดล้อมการตรวจเฝ้าระวังชีววัตถุและการตรวจเฝ้าระวังทางการแพทย์ บทความนี้ทบทวนหลักการและเสนอการประยุกต์การตรวจทั้งสามแบบกับสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพกลุ่มต่างๆ ผู้เขียนเน้นความสำคัญของขั้นตอนก่อนตรวจ การตรวจ และหลังการตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการ รวมทั้งเสนอให้พิจารณาประเด็นสำคัญต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจ การวิเคราะห์ผลการตรวจ และการใช้ประโยชน์ตามหลักการเฝ้าระวัง ABSTRACT             Occupational medicine monitoring can be categorized into 3 groups: environmental monitoring, biological monitoring and medical monitoring. This article reviews the concepts and proposes the application of these monitoring to various groups of health hazards. The author emphasizes the importance of pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical phases of laboratory testing. The author also proposes several critical points to consider regarding the monitoring, analyses and utilization based on concepts of surveillance.
