The Development of environmental quality index in model hospital

Abstract

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมโรงพยาบาลต้นแบบ 2) พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมโรงพยาบาลต้นแบบ รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข 350 คน สำหรับการสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพัฒนาร่างเกณฑ์คุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงพยาบาลต้นแบบ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการบริหารโรงพยาบาล จำนวน 1 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการสาธารณสุข จำนวน 1 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 1 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการศึกษา หรือการพัฒนาเกณฑ์การประเมิน จำนวน 3 คน สำหรับการประเมินเกณฑ์คุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงพยาบาลต้นแบบจากการพัฒนามาจากมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 16 มาตรฐาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 3 ชนิด คือ 1) แบบบันทึกการศึกษาจากแนวคิดมาตรฐานและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย 3) แบบสอบถามผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ แบ่งระดับมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 3 ระดับ เพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของข้อคำถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ IOC เท่ากับ 0.84 และหาความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้ Cronbach’s Coefficient เท่ากับ 0.96 ในกรณีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแล้วเขียนบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการทบทวนมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแนวคิดด้านคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงพยาบาลต้นแบบรวม 16 แหล่งข้อมูล เพื่อนำมาจัดหมวดหมู่เนื้อหาพบว่า มีข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมจำนวน 8 ด้าน ดังนั้น ผลการพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมโรงพยาบาลต้นแบบ ประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) องค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารจัดการ 2) องค์ประกอบด้านกายภาพ ชีวภาพ 3) องค์ประกอบด้านการจัดการพลังงาน 4) องค์ประกอบด้านการจัดการน้ำ 5) องค์ประกอบด้านการจัดการของเสีย 6) องค์ประกอบด้านการจัดการความปลอดภัย 7) องค์ประกอบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ และ 8) องค์ประกอบด้านการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชน ดังนั้นภาพรวมเกณฑ์ฯ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.73, S.D. = .494) อย่างไรก็ตามข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำไปพัฒนางานด้านคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงพยาบาลให้ดีขึ้นได้  This article aimed to study problems and needs of environmental quality indicators for model hospitals and to development of environmental quality indexes for model hospitals. The sample size was medical and public health professional of 350 peoples. Of these studies have been 9 experts including the development of draft environmental quality criteria for the model hospital, by experts, a total of 9 people, consisting of, an expert in hospital administration, 1 people, an expert in public health, 1 people, an expert Environmental aspect, 1 people, expert in environmental studies, 3 people, and, expert in education, or development of assessment criteria, 3 people. They were selected by Three different types of research were conducted using specific selection techniques and tools, including: 1) study notes from standard concepts and related research, 2) notes from small group discussions, and 3) Questionnaire of experts of the rating scale were divided into 3 levels to allow experts to express their opinion on the importance of the questions. The data were analyzed using an IOC of 0.84 and confidence findings were determined using Cronbach's Coefficient of 0.96. Analysis data by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis. The research results were found as follows; 1) A survey of the literature and related research on the ideas of environmental quality in model hospitals, which used 16 data sources to classify the content, revealed that it contains information on 8 different components of environmental quality indexes (EQI). 2) The results of the development of environmental quality indexes in model hospitals consisted of 8 components: 1) Management component 2) Physical and biological component 3) Energy management component 4) Water management component 5) Management component of the hospital Waste 6) Safety management component 7) Environmental component for health promotion and 8) Community engagement component. Therefore overall, of EQI were appropriated at a high level (average = 3.73, S.D. = .494). However, this findings from research were usefully for developing the work, the environment quality indexes of the in all hospitals can be better.
