บทบาทของวิทยุโทรทัศน์เพื่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในประเทศไทย กรณีศึกษา สถานีโทรทัศน์สีกองทัพบกช่อง 7

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ         การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการนำเสนอข้อมูลข่าวสาร โครงการ และกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทรัพยากรธรรมชาติของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์สีกองทัพบกช่อง 7 ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการวิจับเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ในการศึกษา โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกกลุ่มผู้บริการ (Key Informant) สถานีโทรทัศน์สีกองทัพบกช่อง 7 และใช้การวิจัยเอกสารจากผังรายการ (Programming) โครงการ รวมทั้งกิจกรรมของสถานีในปี พ.ศ. 2554         ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สถานีโทรทัศน์สีกองทัพบกช่อง 7 มีการรายงานประเภททรัพยากรที่ใช้แล้วไม่หมด ได้แก่ น้ำที่อยู่ในวัฏจักรมาเป็นอับดับ 1 (96 นาที / ปี) รูปแบบของรายงานคือ สารคดี ส่วนประเภทของทรัพยากรที่ทดแทนได้ ได้แก่ ป่าไม้ (96 นาที / ปี) ทรัพยากรพลังงาน (96 นที / ปี) รูปแบบขงรายการคือ สารคดี ส่วนน้ำที่อยู่ ณ ที่ใดที่หนึ่ง ดิน ทุ่งหญ้า สัตว์ป่า ทรัพยากรแร่ธาตุ บรรยากาศ และที่ดินในสภาพธรรมชาติ ไม่มีการรายงาน ประเภทของทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่มีการจัดการผ่านกิจกรรม / โครงการ มากที่สุดเป็นอันดับ 1 คือ ทรัพยากรพลังงาน จำนวน 5 โครงการ รองลงมาได้แก่ ป่าไม้ สัตว์ป่า และน้ำที่อยู่ ณ ที่ไดที่หนึ่ง ตามลำดับ ABSTRACT          This research is to study the presentation of information, projects, and activities related to the natural resourced on Channel7. The qualitative research is used as the methodology for this study by the in-depth interviews with the key informant of channel 7 and the research of the program on the project, including the activities of the Channel 7 in 2011.          The results has showed that the reporting of the unlimited natural resources on Channel 7 as first is the Water in Cycle (96 minutes / year) and the program type is used as the documentary. Besides, the renewable natural resources are the forestry (96 minutes / year) and the program type is used as the variety show. Moreover, the non-renewable natural resources are the energy resources (9 minutes / year) and the program type is used as the documentary. Additionally, there is no reporting on man-made water resources, soil, grassland, wildlife, mineral resources, atmosphere and natural land. The largest number of natural resources which presented through activities/projects is energy resources (5 projects), followed by forestry, wildlife and man-made water resources, respectively.
