Abstract

บทคัดยอ เมืองพัทยาสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ยุค คือ ยุคหมู่บ้านชาวประมง ยุคการสะสมทุนการท่องเที่ยวชายทะเล ยุคการจัดตั้งเมืองพิเศษของรัฐ ยุคเมืองอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว ยุคเมืองท่องเที่ยวระดับโลก ปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขของ การพัฒนา คือ การขยายตัวของวัฒนธรรม การท่องเที่ยวชายทะเล และการเข้ามา ใช้บริการของทหารอเมริกันในยุคสงครามเย็น การปรับรูปแบบการสะสมทุนทางวัฒนธรรมและนโยบายการหารายได้ของรัฐจากการท่องเที่ยว นโยบายหารายได้ จากการท่องเที่ยว การขยายตัวของโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก นโยบายอเมซิ่งไทยแลนด์ และการจัดตั้งพัทยาเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวพิเศษAbstract Pattaya development consisted 5 eras of period.The first period is how fishing villages have been effected.The second period is growth of seaside tourist capital collection The third period is new life style housing settlement of The fourth period is the concentration to bring about it to be a major tourism city.The finally period is to enter to be a world class tourism city .Besides the result of research revealed that factors and conditions of Pattaya development as follows: cultural expansion, seaside tourism, service access of American army in cold war period, the pattern modification of culture and tourism revenue policy, tourism revenue policy and expansion of eastern coastal area’s positive, amazing Thailand policy, Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration.
