Abstract

ผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อกรณีการสร้างโลตัส เอ็กซ์เพรส พบว่าประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการสร้างโลตัสว่าจะส่งผลกระทบต่อชุมชนดังนี้ ๑. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติเศรษฐกิจ ๒. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติสังคม ๓. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติการเมืองการปกครอง ๔. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติวัฒนธรรม ๕. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยข้อเสนอของประชาชน กรณีการสร้างโลตัส เอ็กซ์เพรส คือ ประชาชนต้องการให้เทศบาลพานทองรอให้มีการผ่านกฎหมายฉบับต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อน และประชาชนเสนอให้สร้างห่างจากชุมชน ๕ – ๑๐ กิโลเมตรจากชุมชนอย่างในกรณีต่างประเทศ  The opinion education of people for building cause Lotus Express, meet that, people think to building lotus Express has will an affect to the community as follows: 1.
