Abstract

ปัจจุบันแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับองค์การถูกนำไปใช้แพร่หลายในการบริหารงานของรัฐ เอกชนและองค์การไม่แสวงกำไร หรืออาจกล่าวได้ว่าเป็นศาสตร์ที่ถูกนำไปใช้ข้ามธุรกิจมากกว่าศาสตร์สาขาอื่น ๆ ก็ว่าได้ ดังนั้นการทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับองค์การต้องพิจารณาจากหลายปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับองค์การ อาทิ พัฒนาการของรัฐและสังคม อิทธิพลของปรัชญาความรู้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านเศรษฐกิจและภูมิหลังของนักคิดด้านองค์การ Today, the organization theories are widespread applied in public, private and nonprofit management or in other words that is a science to use across business more than other sciences. So the understanding of organization must be concern many factors have its effect to changing such as state and society development, power of epistemology, economic changing and background of organization thinker.
