การเปรียบเทียบความสุขของผู้สูงอายุในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุกับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนเขตเทศบาลเมืองหนองปรือ อําเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุขของผู้สูงอายุ ที่เรียนในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุและ ผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนเขตเทศบาลเมืองหนองปรือ และเปรียบเทียบระดับความสุขของผู้สูงอายุที่เรียนในโรงเรียน ผู้สูงอายุกับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนเขตเทศบาลเมืองหนองปรือ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้สูงอายุที่เรียนในโรงเรียน ผู้สูงอายุจํานวน 70 คน ผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนจํานวน 70 คน รวมจํานวน 140 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล  คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติ Independent Sample t-test เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย โดยกําหนดระดับ นัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความสุขโดยรวมของผู้สูงอายุในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.62 คะแนน ส่วนผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนมีระดับความสุขโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.36 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 6 คะแนน อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยพบว่าผู้สูงอายุที่เรียนในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุมีระดับความสุขแตกต่างจากผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05          The purposes of this study were to study a level of happiness among the elderly studying in schools for the elderly and those living in Nong Prue Municipality and to compare a level of happiness among the elderly studying in schools for the elderly and those living in Nong Prue Municipality. The sample of this study were 140 subjects participating in this study comprised 70 aging people who were studying in schools for the elderly and 70 aging people who were living the Nong Prue community. The instrument used to collect the data was the questionnaire. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, average, SD and independent sample t- test to test hypothesis.          The results of the study revealed that the mean score for the level of happiness as demonstrated by the elderly studying in schools for the elderly was at 4.62, the mean score for happiness among those living in the community was at 4.36 (the 6- point scale). Based on the results from the test of hypotheses, there was a statistically significant difference in the level of happiness among the elderly studying in schools for the elderly and those living in Nong Prue Municipality at a significant level of .05.
