ทัศนะของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจกองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาล 1 ที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดอาชญากรรมทางเพศของผู้หญิงในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ          การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบทัศนะของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจกองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาล 1 ที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดอาชญากรรมทางเพศของผู้หญิงในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครจำแนกตามข้อมูลทั่วไปของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในท้องที่ บก.น.1 จำนวน 327 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ใช้การเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีเซฟเฟ่         ผลการวิจัยพบว่า         1.  เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 57.8 มีอายุ 31-35 ปี ร้อยละ 27083 ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 68.81 สถานภาพสมรส ร้อยละ 45.87 รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001 ถึง 20,000 บาท ร้อยละ 48.62 ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ปัจจุบันเป็นสารวัตร ร้อยละ 32.72 ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ 6 ถึง 10 ปี ร้อยละ 38.84         2.  ปัจจัยทางสังคมที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดอาชญากรรมทางเพศของผู้หญิง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นราบด้านพบว่า ความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุดด้านสังคม เป็นอันดับที่หนึ่ง รองลงมาด้านค่านิยมวัฒนธรรม และมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามลำดับ         3.  ผลการทดสอบสมมตฐาน พบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่มีเพศต่างกันมีทัศนคติต่อปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดอาชญากรรมทางเพศของผู้หญิงในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่มีสถานภาพสมรสต่างกันมีทัศนะต่อปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดอาชญากรรมทางเพศของผู้หญิงในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ปัจจุบัน และระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่างกันมีทัศนะต่อปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดอาชญากรรมทางเพศของผู้หญิงในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน  Abstract             The research aimed to study and compare the opinion on the factors relating to female sexual crime in Bangkok classified by Metropolitan Police Officers Regional 1’ s background. It was a survey research from the sample group of 327 persons. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.96. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’ matched pair comparison.            The research found that:            1.  Most of the sampling group were male at 57.8 percent aging between 31-35 years old at 27.83 percent, the degree of highest educational level at 68.81 percent, the married status at 45.87 percent, the average monthly income between 10,001 to 20,000 bath at 48.62 percent, the current position mostly were captain at 32.72 percent and the period of operation were mostly 6 to 10 years at 38.84 percent.            2.  The opinion of Metropolitan Police Officers Regional 1 to the factors relating to female sexual crime in Bangkok as a whole was at the much level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the first priority was the aspect of society, after that the aspect of value and culture and the aspect environment respectively.             3.  The hypothesis testing found that the metropolitan police officers Regional 1 who had different gender had the opinion to the factors relating to female sexual crime in Bangkok in the overview differently at statistical significance of .001. The metropolitan police officers Regional 1 who had different marriage status had the opinion to the factors relating to female sexual crime in Bangkok in the overview differently at statistical significance of .05. But the metropolitan police officers Regional 1 who had different age, the highest education level, The average monthly income, the current position and the period of operation had the opinion on the factors relating to female sexual crime in Bangkok in overview indifferently.
