Abstract

บทความวิชาการชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อนำเสนอการวิเคราะห์การพัฒนาบทบาทของสหภาพแรงงานในภาคตะวันออกของไทย โดยใช้กรอบการวิเคราะห์เชิงวัฒนธรรม เนื้อหาการนำเสนอจะนำเสนอในสามส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนแรกเป็นการนำเสนอพัฒนาการและบทบาทของสหภาพแรงงานในภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย เพื่ออรรถาธิบายถึงประวัติความเป็นมาของสหภาพแรงงานภาคตะวันออก ตั้งแต่ยุคเริ่มต้นจนถึงปัจจุบัน ส่วนที่สองนพเสนอปัจจัยอิทธิพลของวัฒนธรรมที่มีความสำคัญต่อความเข้มแข็งในบทบาทการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมของสหภาพแรงงานที่ส่งผลต่อประโยชน์ของสหภาพ ต่อองค์การสหภาพและต่อบริษัทหรือกิจการที่เป็นนายจ้างส่วนที่สามได้นำเสนอกรณีศึกษาที่เป็นการปรับตัวของสหภาพแรงงานกับนายจ้างที่จะสร้างวัฒนธรรมร่วมกันเพื่อผลักดันความสำเร็จในระดับบุคคล ระดับองค์การหรือบริษัทThis article has an objective to analyze the prohressive development and the role of labor unions in the Eastern Region withhin the cultural perspectives. The content is divided into three parts. The first part entails the role and development of labour unions in the Eastern Region of Thailand from the past until present. The second part involves cultural dimensional factors that influence on the strengthen of the unions movements with the aim to gain benefits among the union members, the unions itself, companies or other business belong to the employers. The third part presents a comparative case study to the extent that the mutual cooperation between labour unions and employers is necessary to attain successful cultural outcomes at different levels: individuals, unions, companies or organizations.
