ปรัชญา เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

Abstract

           บทความวิชาการเรื่อง ปรัชญา เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอพียง และศึกษาใช้หลักวิชาการ 9 ประการดังนี้ 1) พระราชดำรัสพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวในวาระต่าง ๆ เช่น จากวารสารชัยพัฒนา ฉบับประจำเดือนสิงหาคม 1999 เป็นต้นมา 2) ชัยวัฒน์ วิบูลย์สวัสดิ์ : บทความ SEP (2550) 3) คำนาย อภิปรัชญาสกุล (2537) 4) สำนักงานพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติเพื่อศึกษารายละเอียดของ SEP (2550) 5) องค์การสหประชาชาติปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว 6) อี เอฟ ชูมัคเกอร์ (Schumacher, E. F., 2554) 7) อมรรตยา เสน (Amartya Sen, 2013) นักเศรษฐศาสตร์เจ้าของรางวัลโนเบล เน้นถึงความสำคัญของความเท่าเทียมกันตามหลักเมตตาซึ่งเป็นมรดกแห่งพระพุทธเจ้า (On the Heritage of Buddha) 8) มรรค 8 องค์ประกอบแห่งความสำเร็จด้วยทางสายกลาง Middle Path 9) บุญทัน ดอกไธสง ได้เสนอสมการ (N x 100)/4 เพื่อบ่งชี้จุดพอด้วยการวัดด้วย           หลักการ 9 ประการนี้ สนับสนุนปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว บุญทัน ดอกไธสง มีความคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติม 3 ประการ 1) ให้เส้นพอคือเส้นไม่พอ 2) สมการ (N x 100)/4 n คือ จำนวน ปัจจัย 4 ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คือ เพียง 3) พัฒนาการต่อจากเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง คือ ปัจจัย 4 ระดับพอคือเมื่อมีปัจจัย 4 แล้วพัฒนาระดับ 5 ให้มีการศึกษาและ ส่งเสริมระบอบประชาธิปไตย ระดับ 6 มีการกระจายปัจจัย 4 อย่างเป็นธรรม ระดับ 7 ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อสร้างความปลอดภัยและสันติภาพ ระดับ 8 ใช้หลัก KSM Model เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรและชุมชนให้เข้มแข็งเพื่อรองรับเศรษฐกิจพอและเพียง           Objectives of this paper were to support the concept and implementation of self-sufficiency economy philosophy. The method used nine academics principles which comprised: 1) the Royal Remarks of His Majesty the King, Rama 9 2) Chaiyawat Wibulswasdi (2007) 3) Kamnai Apiprachaskul (1994) 4) National Economic and Social development council (2007) 5) United Nations praised the sufficiency economy philosophy of the King Rama 9 6) Ernst Friedrich Schumacher (2011) 7) Amartya Sen (2013) 8) Eightfold-path 9) Boonton Dockthaisong (N x 100)/4 principles that used to be indicators of POR therefore those 9 principles were supported the SEP of the King Rama 9.          Boonton Dockthaisong presented four of his opinions as 1) POR-LINE was equivalent to having POR but under the POR-LINE wasn’t POR 2) ( (N x 100)/4, N was the number of factor 4 = Peng (Peng was the measurement scale) 3) From the factor 4 was developed to factor 5, the promotion of education and democracy, then developed to factor 6, which was equity and equal distribution of factor 4, to all citizens and followed by factor 7, people participation to build the security and peace of the nation, and factor 8 was used KSM Model to develop the people and community to strengthening the people to have POR economy to support Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.
