การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเกษตรกรในเขตพื้นที่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี

Abstract

          การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 374 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และการวิเคราะห์ผลใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุ โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 38-47 ปี มากที่สุด มีสถานภาพสมรสมากกว่าสถานภาพโสด มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษามากที่สุด และมีรายได้ระหว่าง 10,000–20,000 บาทต่อเดือน มากที่สุด          ความรู้ความเข้าใจทางการเมือง ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พบว่า เกษตรกรทราบว่า วันรัฐธรรมนูญตรงกับวันที่ 10 ธันวาคมของทุกปีมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 82.6 รองลงมาคือ เกษตรทุกคนมีเสรีภาพในการนับถือศาสนาหรือลัทธิใด ๆ ก็ได้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.7 และทราบว่า ชายที่มีสัญชาติไทย เมื่ออายุย่างเข้า 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ ในพุทธศักราชใด ต้องไปแสดงตนเพื่อลงบัญชีทหารกองเกินภายในพุทธศักราชนั้นน้อยที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.8          ความโน้มเอียงทางการเมือง ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยระดับความถี่ในการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเกษตรกรในเขตพื้นที่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ที่ว่า ข้าพเจ้าคิดว่าการเลือกตั้งเป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็นต้องปฏิบัติมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.22 ข้าพเจ้าคิดว่ารัฐบาลควรเปิดรับความคิดเห็นจากประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการทำงานของรัฐบาล อยู่ในระดับรองลงมา มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.13 และข้าพเจ้ารู้สึกว่านักการเมืองส่วนใหญ่มีความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต น้อยที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.52          การติดตามข่าวสารทางการเมือง พบว่า ระดับความถี่ในการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของเกษตรกรในเขตพื้นที่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยระดับถี่ที่ว่า ท่านรับฟังการถ่ายทอดข่าวจากโทรทัศน์มากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.37 ท่านรับฟังการวิเคราะห์ วิจารณ์ประเด็นทางการเมืองจากโทรทัศน์ อยู่ในระดับรองลงมามีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.88 และท่านรับรู้ข่าวสารทางการเมืองจากทาง Internet เช่น YouTube น้อยที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 1.84           ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ตัวแปรความรู้ความเข้าใจทางด้านการเมือง ความโน้มเอียงทางการเมือง และการติดตามข่าวสารทางการเมือง มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง และสมการพยากรณ์ ประกอบไปด้วย ตัวแปรความรู้ความเข้าใจทางการเมือง และการติดตามข่าวสารทางการเมืองร่วมกันอธิบายการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองได้ร้อยละ 21.8          Factors affecting Political Participation of Agricultures in Khao Khitchakut District, Chantaburi Province.
