การพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของการท่องเที่ยว ในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก พื้นที่จังหวัดระยอง

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลประเด็นสำคัญในการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการ ท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดระยองที่เป็นปัญหาและเป็นจุดเด่นในการดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยว โดยใช้การวิจัยด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟาย 3 รอบ โดยรอบแรกเป็นการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 17 คน รอบที่ 2 และรอบที่ 3 เป็นการยืนยันคำตอบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญชุดเดิม โดยข้อคำถามเป็นแบบ rating scale 5 อันดับ ซึ่งผลการศึกษาได้ปัจจัยหรือรูปแบบที่ส่งผลการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของการท่องเที่ยวในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออกพื้นที่จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 20 ด้าน ดังนี้ ประกอบด้วย ด้านรถโดยสารสาธารณะ ด้านร้านอาหารสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดระยอง ด้านที่พักโรงแรมมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก เพื่อรองรับตลาดนักท่องเที่ยวที่ชอบท่องเที่ยวด้วยตนเอง ด้านสถานพยาบาล ด้านเส้นทางสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ด้านสถานที่ ท่องเที่ยวธรรมชาติของชุมชนที่สร้างขึ้น ด้านการจัดการขยะของเสียถูกหลักสาธารณสุข ด้านการปลูกต้นไม้ เสริมต้นไม้ที่เกิดขึ้นตามธรรมชาติ ด้านกิจกรรมเสริมจากการชมธรรมชาติของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ด้านร้านจำหน่ายของที่ระลึกด้านแหล่งน้ำอุปโภคบริโภค ด้านวัฒนธรรม ประเพณี และงานเทศกาล ด้านธนาคาร ธนาคารต้องนำแนวคิดการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนในด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านหน่วยงานการท่องเที่ยว ด้านบริการนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ ด้านร้านของที่ระลึก ด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกในการเข้าออกประเทศ ด้านระเบียบพิธีการศุลกากร ด้านการจัดการความปลอดภัยในแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ด้านการจัดการข้อมูลข่าวสารทางการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งปัจจัยทั้ง 20 ด้าน สามารถนำมาสร้างรูปแบบ การพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อรองรับการท่องเที่ยว แบ่งออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน กลุ่มปัจจัยสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยว กลุ่มปัจจัยทางด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยว และกลุ่มปัจจัยในการดำเนินการของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ            The purpose of this research is to study the important issues in the development of tourism environment in Rayong province which is a problem and is a highlight in attracting tourists.
