Guideline for developing health promoting hospital by integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทาง การพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยบูรณาการ หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ดําเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จํานวน 21 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น รอบแรกเป็นเบบสอบถามปลายเปิด และแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ในรอบที่ 2 และ 3 ทําการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคํานวณหาค่ามัธยฐานและพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ คัดเลือกแนวทางการพัฒนาจากค่ามัธยฐานตั้งแต่ระดับมากขึ้นไป (Mnd > 3.50, IR< 1.50) รวมระยะเวลาการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 127 วัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยบูรณาการหลักปรัชญา ของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน ประกอบด้วยแนวทางการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ 7 ด้าน จําแนกตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่มีองค์ประกอบความพอเพียง 3 ประการ คือ ความพอประมาณ ความมีเหตุผล การมีระบบภูมิคุ้มกันที่ดี และเงื่อนไขพื้นฐาน 2 ประการ ประกอบด้วย เงื่อนไขความรู้ และเงื่อนไขคุณธรรม รวมเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยบูรณาการหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงข้อย่อย 89 แนวทาง เป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันให้ระดับความสําคัญมากที่สุด 62 รายการ และระดับความสําคัญมาก 27 รายการ เป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพอย่างสมดุลและยั่งยืน The purpose of this research was to study the guideline for developing health promoting hospital by integrating the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy, using Delphi technique. Interviewed 21 experts were interviewed. The instrument used in the first round was open-ended questionnaire but for the 2nd and 3rd round were a close-ended questionnaire (rating scaly). Data were analyzed by using median and interquartile range. The items were selected based on greater median value (Mnd > 3.50, IR < 1.50). The duration of data collection was 127 days.  The results revealed that the guideline for developing health promoting hospital by integrating the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy consisted of 7 major parts. These parts were formulated from the definition of sufficiency. It consisted of three components which were moderation, reasonableness and self-immunity from adverse changes, and two basic conditions, which were knowledge and morality. Thus, there were 89 guidelines for developing health promoting hospital by integrating the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy, 62 guidelines had the highest score, and 27 guidelines had high scores. The results of this study suggested that health promoting hospital leads to a sustainable and balanced development course by integrating the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy.
