Abstract

          การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลขั้นสูง เป็นการปฏิบัติที่ต้องใช้ทักษะ สมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้ป่วย / ผู้ใช้บริการ โดยใช้ความรู้ที่กว้างขวางลึกซึ้ง ใช้วิจารณญาณในการไตร่ตรองหาเหตุผล เพื่อตัดสินใจทางคลินิก ในการไตร่ตรองหาเหตุผล เพื่อตัดสินใจทางคลินิกในการจัดการกับผู้ป่วย / ผู้ใช้บริการที่มีปัญหายุ่งยากซับซ้อน สภาการพยาบาลได้จัดให้มีการสอบเพื่อรับวุฒิบัตร แสดงความรู้ความชํานาญเฉพาะสาขา เพื่อเป็นผู้ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลขั้นสูงเป็นครั้งแรกในปี 2546 จำนวน 5 สาขา สาขาการพยาบาลชุมชนเป็นสาขาหนึ่งที่ถูกกําหนดขึ้น การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลขั้นสูงสาขาดังกล่าว จําเป็นต้องบูรณาการวิชาความรู้ ทฤษฎีต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานการพยาบาลชุมชน ทั้งศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวกับทฤษฎีทางการพยาบาลเฉพาะสาขา และศาสตร์ด้านอื่น โดยเน้นการปฏิบัติงานที่อยู่บนพื้นฐาน ของศักยภาพที่ชุมชนมีอยู่และการ มีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน เพื่อให้ชุมชนสามารถพึ่งตนเองได้ทางสุขภาพ และเป็นชุมชนที่เข้มแข็งต่อไป  Advanced Nursing Practice (APN) is a nursing practicum that needs advanced skills and knowledge, critical thinking, and high competency in order to aid decision making and provide appropriate care to complicated patients or clients. In 2546, the Thai Nursing Council proposed an examination to attain a certificate of advanced nursing specialty. At that time, there were five areas of specialty. Community nursing is one of those that require improvement in both theoretical and clinical perspective APN in community practicum would be necessary to integrate a wide variety of knowledge including nursing theory and clinical placement. The focus of APN in community is to use community participation based on its potential with anticipation of bringing self-sufficient and self-dependent to people in the community as well as resulting in becoming a strengthen community.
