การเรียนรู้ในการทำงานของพยาบาล

On-the-clinical nursing practice learning of nurses

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ในการทํางาน ของพยาบาลภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดของทฤษฎีระบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลจํานวน 174 คนจากโรงพยาบาลของรัฐและเอกชนที่เข้าร่วมประชุมวิชาการ ณ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ในการทํางาน ของพยาบาลที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณา  ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โดยภาพรวม การเรียนรู้ในการทํางานของพยาบาลในช่วง 0-5 ปี ที่ผ่านมา คือ พยาบาลมีการแสวงหาความรู้ ในระดับมาก โดยแสวงหาความรู้ในรูปของการประชุม สัมมนาทางวิชาการมากที่สุด มีการถ่ายทอดความรู้กันภายในหน่วยงานในระดับปานกลาง โดยถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้วยการสอน แนะนํา ชี้แนะมากที่สุด มีการซึมซับความรู้ไว้ในระดับมาก และมีการสร้างความรู้หรือนวัตกรรมขึ้นเองในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งผลการวิจัยนี้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐาน นําไปสู่การพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ ในการทํางานของพยาบาล เพื่อพัฒนา คุณภาพงานบริการพยาบาล  The purpose of this study was to describe on-the-clinical practice learning of nurses by using the system model as a framework. The sample consisted of 174 nurses from public and private hospitals. Data were collected from the sample during attended a nursing conference at Burapha University. Instruments were self report on-the-clinical nursing practice learning of nurses questionnaire developed by researcher. Data were-analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The findings of this study indicated that on the 0-5 years clinical nursing practice had high level of knowledge seeking. The method of knowledge seeking they used most were attending seminars and conferences related to health care. The findings also demonstrated  that the sample had moderate level of knowledge sharing in organization. The method of knowledge sharing they used most were teaching, advising and guiding In addition, the finding indicated high level of knowledge infusion and moderate level of knowledge construction. This finding could be used as a database in order to develop on-the- clinical practice of nurses for better quality of nursing
