Abstract

การคลอดเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านร่างกาย และจิตสังคมของผู้คลอดที่ต้องการ การดูแลเฉพาะ  เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการแบบองค์รวม แต่ในความเป็นจริง การพยาบาลในห้องคลอดปัจจุบันยังเน้นกิจกรรมการพยาบาลเฝ้าระวังมากกว่ากิจกรรม การพยาบาลสนับสนุน ทั้งที่มีหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ จากผลการวิจัยแล้วว่า การสนับสนุนทางการพยาบาล มีผลในทางบวกต่อผลลัพธ์ของการคลอดมากมาย ดังนั้น พยาบาลในห้องคลอดจึงคารเพิ่มกิจกรรม การพยาบาลสนับสนุนแก่ผู้คลอด เพื่อส่งเสริมความผาสุกทางจิตสังคมของผู้กลอด และสนับสนุนการปรับบทบาทเข้าสู่การเป็นมารดา  Childbirth has been described as a physical and psychosocial change of intrapartum women. They require typical nursing cure that can response their holistic need. In fact, Nursing Cure of intrapartum women recently is focus on surveillance interventions rather than emphasizing supportive interventions. There is evidence that has been suggested that nursing support can positively influence t variety of childbirth outcomes. Hence, intrapartum nurses should be increase nursing support interventions toward improving the mother psychosocial well-being and facilitating her role transition to motherhood
