การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอุบัติการณ์และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดภาวะอุณหภูมิกายต่ำในผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดผ่านกล้องทางนรีเวช รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบ retrospective study กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยทุกรายที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดผ่านกล้องทางนรีเวช ที่ได้รับการดูแลหลังผ่าตัดที่หน่วยผ่าตัดและพักฟื้นสูตินรีเวช โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2562 ถึง วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2563 กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมดจำนวน 343 ราย เก็บรวบรวมโดยใช้แบบบันทึกข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติไคร์สแควร์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่าอุบัติการณ์การเกิดภาวะอุณหภูมิกายต่ำในผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดผ่านกล้องทางนรีเวชเท่ากับร้อยละ 25.95 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดภาวะอุณหภูมิกายต่ำในผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดผ่านกล้องทางนรีเวชอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ได้แก่ ดัชนีมวลกาย (p = 0.002) การชะล้างอวัยวะในช่องท้อง (p = 0.004) ปริมาณสารน้ำที่ได้รับทางหลอดเลือดดำ (p = 0.013) และปริมาณเลือดที่สูญเสียระหว่างผ่าตัด (p = 0.015) จากผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรให้ความสำคัญในการดูแลและเฝ้าระวังตามปัจจัยที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดภาวะอุณหภูมิกายต่ำในผู้ป่วย เพื่อลดการเกิดอุณหภูมิกายต่ำในผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดผ่านกล้องทางนรีเวช The objective of this retrospective study was to investigate the incidence rate and risk factors associated with postoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. The study included 343 patients who underwent laparoscopic gynecologic surgery at the Obstetrics and Gynecology operating theatre of Maharaj Nakorn Chiangmai Hospital from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2020. Data were collected and analyzed using general descriptive statistics and the chi-square test. This study revealed the incidence rate of postoperative hypothermia as 25.95%. Factors related to postoperative hypothermia (p < .05) were BMI (p = 0.002), abdominal irrigation (p = 0.004), total volume of intravenous fluid (p = 0.013), and blood loss (p = 0.015). Therefore, this study suggests that nurses should be aware of the risk factors associated with postoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic surgery.References
