การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจ (CSR) ของพนักงานบริษัทปิโตรเคมีในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดระยอง

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการด้านด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจ (CSR) ของพนักงานบริษัท ปิโตรเคมีในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดระยอง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ซึ่งประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ พนักงานพนักงานบริษัท ปิโตรเคมีแห่งหนึ่งในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 362 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พนักงานบริษัท ปิโตรเคมีในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดระยอง มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจ (CSR) โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีการมีส่วนร่วมหลายด้านได้แก่ ด้านการเสนอความคิดเห็น ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการปฏิบัติตามกิจกรรมและด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เช่นเดียวกัน และยังพบว่า พนักงานที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกันมีระดับ  การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจ (CSR) ของพนักงานบริษัท ปิโตรเคมีในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดระยองไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05          The objectives of this research in to study the level of participation in the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of the employee in Petro-Chemical Company in the Industrial Estate in Rayong. The tool used for the research in questionnaire. The populations under study are 362 employees of one Petro-Chemical Company in the Industrial Estate in Rayong. The result indicated that the employee in Petro-Chemical Company in the Industrial Estate in Rayong have moderate level of participation in the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities in overall. The participation in such part as the participation in proposing ideas, planning, activities implementation, and follow-up and evaluation is at a moderate level as well. It is also found that demographics do not affect the level of participation in CSR activities of the employee in Petro-Chemical Company in the Industrial Estate in Rayong.
