การจัดการภาคีสาธารณะแนวใหม่: ความหมาย และนัยสำคัญ

Abstract

บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะวิเคราะห์ถึง “แนวคิดการจัดการ ภาคีสาธารณะแบบใหม่” โดยแสดงให้เห็นว่า การจัดการภาคีสาธารณะ แบบใหม่ เป็นพัฒนาการของแนวคิดในการศึกษารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ที่เริ่มต้น จากแนวคิดระบอบการบริหารสาธารณะแบบดั้งเดิม ระบอบการจัดการ สาธารณะแนวใหม่ และ ระบอบการจัดการภาคีสาธารณะแนวใหม่ นอกจากนี้ ยังแสดงให้เห็นถึง ความแตกต่างระหว่างแนวคิดทั้งสาม ความแตกต่างระหว่าง การจัดการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ กับธรรมาภิบาล และบรรษัทภิบาล เงื่อนไข สำคัญที่เอื้ออำนวยให้เกิดแนวคิดการจัดการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ ลักษณะ สำคัญของแนวคิดการจัดการภาคีสาธารณะแนวคิด และจุดอ่อนจุดแข็งของ แนวคิดดังกล่าวนี้This article aims to analyze the approach of new public governance. It shows that the new public governance is the new development of three approaches of the study of public administration science-these are the approach of traditional public administration, new public management and new public governance respectively. Moreover, it shows the difference between these three approaches, difference between new public governance and good governance and also corporate governance, important conditions of the origin of the new public governance approach, important characteristics of this approach, weaknesses and strengths of its, and the characteristics of political economy of the new public governance.
