Abstract

การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมภายใต้ตัวแบบมาบตาพุดเป็นการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมที่ถูกบังคับให้เกิดจากส่วนกลาง ขณะเดียวกันการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมก็นำามา ซึ่งปัญหาและผลกระทบต่อประชาชนในพื้นที่หลากหลายรูปแบบด้วยเงื่อนไขและผลที่เกิดขึ้นเช่นนี้ทำให้ชนชั้นนำไทยและพันธมิตรต้องทำงานเชิงความคิดเพื่อสร้างความชอบธรรมให้กับอุดมการณ์ทุนนิยม ผ่านการสร้างและปฏิบัติการทางวาทกรรม รวมทั้งพยายามสถาปนาวาทกรรมที่ตนเองสร้างให้มีอำนาจนำเหนือวาทกรรมชุดอื่น ๆ เป้าหมายของกระบวนการดังกล่าวนี้ก็คือ การครอบงำ, กดทับ, กีดกันและใช้ความเป็นเจ้าทางวาทกรรมสร้างจิตสำนึกจอมปลอมแก่ประชาชนผ่านการกระตุ้นให้เกิดจินตภาพบางอย่างในกระบวนการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมIndustrial development of the Map Ta Phut Model is a case offorced industrialization which causes problems and has various impactson people in the area. The conditions and consequences of industrialdevelopment have made the elites and their alliances develop a conceptto support legitimacy of the capitalism ideology through discursiveformation and practices. They also try to make the discourse they haveestablished a hegemonic discourse. The objectives of this process are todominate, to subjugate and discriminate others, and to use the benefitsof hegemony to constitute false consciousness by stimulating people tocreate some imagery in the industrial development process.
