กลุ่มบ้านใหญ่บางแสน (ตระกูลคุณปลื้ม) กับการเลือกตั้ง 24 มีนาคม 2562

Abstract

การพ่ายแพ้การเลือกตั้งของกลุ่มบ้านใหญ่ บางแสน เมื่อวันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2562 การศึกษาพบว่ามีสาเหตุดังนี้ 1) ข้อจำกัดการผลิตซ้ำโครงสร้างอำนาจของกลุ่มบ้านใหญ่ 2) การขยายตัวของชนชั้นกลางในจังหวัดชลบุรี 3) กลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่/เทคโนโลยี/กับการเมืองในจังหวัดชลบุรี 4) การย้ายพรรคจากพรรคพลังชลมาสังกัดพรรคพลังประชารัฐ 5) การผลักดันโครงการพัฒนาระเบียงเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออกของพรรคพลังประชารัฐ และ 6) การเมืองและโครงสร้างอำนาจภายในจังหวัดชลบุรีหลังกำนันเป๊าะหนีคดี-ล้มป่วย การพ่ายแพ้การเลือกตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2562 ยังเป็นสัญญาณการเมืองสำคัญของกลุ่มบ้านใหญ่ต่อสถานะโครงสร้างอำนาจการเมืองขั้วเดียวที่ผูกขาดอำนาจการเมืองในจังหวัดชลบุรีมาอย่างยาวนาน กลุ่มบ้านใหญ่ต้องมีการปรับยุทธศาสตร์การเมืองครั้งใหญ่เพื่อรักษาสถานะโครงสร้างอำนาจให้สอดคล้องกับบริบททางเศรษฐกิจการเมืองของจังหวัดชลบุรีเปลี่ยนแปลงไป            The defeat in March 24, 2019 election of Ban Yai Bangsaen Group. The study found that were as follows: stem from various reasons, namely 1) The limitation of reproduction in power structure of Ban Yai Group. 2) The expansion of middle class in Chonburi province. 3) New generation and technology toward politic in Chonburi province. 4) The switching of party' s members from Palang Chon Party to Palang Pracharat Party. 5) The powerful drive in Eastern Economic Corridor Development (EEC) project of Palang Pracharat party. 6) Politics and power structure in Chonburi province after Kamnam Poh fied and fell sick. All these are crucial political signals that have direct impact to the status of the long set up monopolistic political power structure of Ban Yai Chonburi. In order to maintain its political power structure, especially after defeated the election, Ban Yai Bangsaen must change their political strategy completely to align themselves with the changing in political and economic context in Chonburi province.
