การพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนในบริบทของการพัฒนาประเทศ

Abstract

การพัฒนาชุมชนเพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืนตามแนวทางของการพัฒนาประเทศ นอกจากจะต้องให้ความสำคัญและความร่วมมือในการดำเนินตามแนวทางการพัฒนาประเทศ ด้วยแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ และแนวนโยบายพื้นฐานแห่งรัฐ โดยปัจจุบันแผนยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี นับเป็นแนวทางในการบริหารพัฒนาประเทศเพื่อให้การพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นไปอย่างยั่งยืนสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals หรือ SDGs) ขององค์การสหประชาชาติ ซึ่งเป็นการพัฒนาที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของคนรุ่นปัจจุบันโดยไม่ทำให้คนรุ่นต่อไปในอนาคตต้องประนี ประนอมยอมลดความสามารถในการที่จะตอบสนองความต้องการของตนเอง การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนจึงเป็นแนวทางที่มีความสำคัญที่จะช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาทางเศรษฐกิจที่เกิดขึ้นกับประเทศไทยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เห็นได้จากการปรับปรุงแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติตั้งแต่แผนที่ 9 เป็นต้นมา ที่เป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาที่มีความสมดุลด้านคน สังคม เศรษฐกิจและสิ่งแวดล้อม และนำไปสู่ความยั่งยืนและความอยู่ดีมีสุขของคนไทยในปัจจุบันและในอนาคต                Community development for achieving the sustainable development according to the national development guidelines must give priority and cooperation in the implementation of the national guidelines with the National Economic and Social Development Plan and basic government policies. At present, the 20-year national strategic plan is considered a guideline for national development to enable the sustainable economic, social and environmental development with the goals of sustainable development (SDGS) of the United Nations, which responds to the demand of current generation without affecting future generations to compromise their ability to meet their needs. Sustainable development is therefore an important way to effectively solve the economic problems in Thailand as seen from the improvement of the ninth national economic and social development plan onwards, which is a balanced development approach for people, society, economy and environment, and contribute to the sustainability and well-being of Thai people now and in the future.
