การทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเครื่องออกรางวัลอัตโนมัติของสลากออมสิน โดยใช้การทดสอบไคกำลังสอง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงของผลการออกรางวัลสลากออมสินโดยเครื่องออก รางวัลอัตโนมัติ สำหรับการออกรางวัลที่  3 ถึง 5 โดยใช้การทดสอบภาวะสารูปสนิทดี ซึ่งเป็นการทดสอบการแจกแจง แบบสม่ำเสมอของหมายเลขต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละหลักของเครื่องออกรางวัล โดยศึกษาในช่วงเวลาย้อนหลัง 3 ปี คือ ปี พ.ศ.2555 ถึง 2557 จำนวน 36 งวด ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าผลการออกรางวัลโดยใช้เครื่องออกรางวัลอัตโนมัติของสลากออมสิน มีความไม่เที่ยงตรงที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 เฉพาะหลักและงวดดังต่อไปนี้ หลักล้านในงวดประจำวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2555  หลักแสนในงวดประจำวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2556 หลักแสนและหลักสิบในงวดประจำวันที่ 30 ธันวาคม 2556 หลักร้อยในงวดประจำวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2557 หลักล้านและหลักแสนในงวดประจำวันที่ 2 พฤษภาคม 2557The objective of this research is to test the accuracy of the automated machine equipment used by the Premium Savings Certificate prize draws. The test investigated the draws of the third to the fifth rewards employing Chi-square -the Goodness of Fit Test investigated uniform frequency distribution of each number being drawn at each digit of the wheel. The data of the Premium Savings Certificate results were retroactively collected for 3 years, i.e. 2555 to 2557 BE at 36 times. It can be concluded from the research that the Premium Savings Certificate results using automated machine equipment showed the inaccuracy at the statistically significant level of 0.05 especially on the following digit and drawing time : the 7th digit on June 1,2555 BE, the 6th digit on March 1,2556 BE, the 6th and the 2th digits on December 30,2556 BE, the 3rd digit on March 1,2557 BE, the 7th and the 6th digits on May 2,2557 BE
