กลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะของนิสิตตามมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา

Abstract

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะของนิสิตตามมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญประกอบด้วยผู้ที่มีความรู้และมีประสบการณ์ในการสอนรายวิชาหมวดศึกษาทั่วไป 6 กลุ่มวิชา ผู้ที่มีความรู้และมีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะของนิสิตตามมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้ 5 ด้าน และผู้แทนจากเครือข่ายการศึกษาทั่วไปแห่งประเทศไทยจำนวน 26 คน โดยทำการคัดเลือกแบบสโนว์บอล (Snowball Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลรอบที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด จากนั้นนำคำตอบที่ได้จากรอบที่ 1 มาสร้างแบบสอบถามรอบที่ 2 ที่เป็นมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และส่งไปยังผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นนำแบบสอบถามที่ตอบกลับมาวิเคราะห์หาค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยของควอไทล์จัดทำเป็นแบบสอบถามรอบที่ 3 จัดส่งแบบสอบถามรอบที่ 3 ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยควอไทล์ ซึ่งได้มาจากความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญทุกคน พร้อมทั้งตำแหน่งความคิดเห็นเฉพาะของผู้เชี่ยวชาญคนที่รับแบบสอบถาม เก็บรวบรวมแบบสอบถามมาสรุปผลการวิจัย            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า            กลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะของนิสิตตามมาตรฐานผลการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ส่วนใหญ่ใช้วิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ Active Learning ซึ่งกลยุทธ์การสอนที่พบเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ได้แก่ การสอนโดยใช้กรณีศึกษา (Case Study) การสอนโดยวิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหา (Problem Based Learning) และการสอนโดยโครงงาน (Project Based Learning) สำหรับกลยุทธ์การสอนโดยผู้สอนประพฤติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี (Role Model) และการสอนโดยการบริการสังคม (Service Learning) เป็นกลยุทธ์การสอนที่พบมากในเกือบทุกด้าน จึงมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับนำมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน            The purpose of this research was to study strategies in developing students characteristics according to learning outcomes of general education at Burapha University by using Delphi technique. The experts who gave opinions on learning outcomes in general education were ones who have knowledge and experience in developing students characteristics in 5 dimensions and the representative of general education network of Thailand with the total number of 26 persons, selected by snowball sampling. The research instrument used in the first round was an open-ended questionnaire. The results from the questionnaires were used to design the second round questionnaire. It was a five-rating scale question. The questionnaires were sent to the experts to evaluate and give suggestions. The researcher analysed the questionnaires using mean and quartile range, the results from the questionnaires were used for adjusting the third round questionnaire. The final version of the questionnaire was distributed to the same group of experts. The data from the third round were analysed by using the same methods as the second round.            The results of the study were as follows: strategies in developing students characteristicsaccording to learning outcomes of general education at Burapha University mostly concern student centered learning using active learning. The active learning strategies were: case study, problem-basedlearning, and project-based learning. Two teaching strategies mostly used were role model and service learning. These strategies were highly recommended to be used in classroom teaching.
