ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1

Abstract

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู ตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 จำนวน 282 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณาได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอนุมานได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้วเขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับ มาก การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 1 ตามระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ตามขนาดโรงเรียน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05            The objectives of this research were 1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators according to the perception of teachers under Sakaeo primary schools educational service area office 1, and 2) to compare the transformational leadership of school administrators according to the perception of teachers according to their educational levels, work experiences and the size of schools. The samples were 282 teachers of primary schools. Research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with a reliability 0.95. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics : frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Inferential statistics, t-test, Oneway ANOVA and a paired mean differences by Scheffe’ method.            The results of the research were as follows: The overall and each aspect of transformational leadership of school administrators according to the perception of teachers under Sakaeo primary educational service area office 1 was at a high level and a comparison of the transformational leadership of school administrators according to the perception of teachers under Sakaeo primary educational service area office 1 between their educational levels and work experience was not statistically different but sizes of schools was found significantly different at a level of 0.05
